Definitely coming back when we visit Rome again!

Pros: Room was in pristine condition and very clean! The staff were polite and helpful so as you definitely feel welcomed. The room is in a great location even for those who would like to explore Rome on foot!

Cons: Everything was excellent!

Pros: The room was just what we needed - it was a base to sleep in. Location was superb, minutes from most of the attractions. Rooms were warm and clean and comfortable. Water in fridge was replenished regularly. Would definitely go back.

Cons: I am aware that it's Rome, however a kettle with an option for tea or other kind of coffee would have been good. Not everyone like espresso all the time. Also cups would be good and not just paper and plastic cups.

Highly recommend!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Colonna Luxury Suites. The room was clean, cosy, and exactly what you need after long days exploring Rome. The location is perfect, close to public transport and within walking distance of many major attractions. Francesco and his father were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better.

Excellent room and perfect location

Pros: The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze. Located in Prati, this neighborhood has good restaurants and cafes.

We really loved the location and the facilities, si if we come back to Rome, we would book this again.

Pros: We really liked the host, she is very nice and receptive to any needs that we had. The breakfast was great, for 7€ each you get a lot of food that is actually really really good! You also had a lot of different things to choose what do you want to eat.

Cons: The only things that we did not like was the window, which opens in the center of the building, everybody cand see you and you can see them:))) , and the size of our apartament was reaaaaly small, from the photos it seemd a little more spacious.

Lovely apartment in a lovely neighbourhood.

Pros: Room and bathroom were spotless, air conditioning was excellent and made no noise. Manuela was very friendly and let us leave our lugagge in early. Bed was very comfortable, and the room is in a fantastic location, everywhere is walkable, and if you don't want to walk the Metro station is 200M away and will take you anywhere. Neighborhood is safe to walk around at night and has lots of lovely restaurants. The lady who cleans the rooms (sorry don't know her name) is lovely. We didn't want the room cleaned as it wasn't necessary but she still gave us fresh bottles of water when we were heading out one morning. Wifi is excellent too.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great. Sometimes the lift will not come but that is only if someone uses it and doesn't close the doors after them.

Pros: Location was great - Personal super friendly - Room very clean and confortable.

Cons: It’s an apartment refurbished into « hotel » rooms, lots of promiscuity. We were lucky with the noise but it could become an issue with loud « neighbors ».

Super recommended

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, located centrally and easily accessible. Breakfast was incredible.
