Welcoming, bright and very comfortable

Pros: All the facilities were clean and new, the staff were all delightful and very helpful and the location perfect for meeting our friends in Prati. Lovely roof terrace we could use even when it was raining.

Cons: The lift is quite small so you need to travel up in instalments, but the stairs are quite easy even though it is a fifth floor property.

Great stay, excellent value for money. Would recommend!

Pros: It was very clean the room was spacious. Staff were friendly.

Cons: There was some noise from the stairway of people coming and going and the bed was not the most comfortable.

Felt very safe as a solo mum travelling with a toddler. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic stay

Pros: - The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. They have everything you need such as a fridge and safe. - Whole property is extremely clean and rooms were cleaned everyday of our stay. - The communal area has tea and coffee making facilities and breakfast snacks which was a lovely touch. There is a rooftop outside terrace, which was a lovely space to use. - The elevator is really helpful as there are a lot of stairs up to the property otherwise. - Great location, it is around a 25 minute walk to all the main attractions such as the trevi fountain, pantheon etc. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this property to others

Perfect location, great hosts, very very nice rooms, free parking in a parking house, nice breakfast.

Pros: Comfortable, clean, very nice room with new furniture and nice balcony. Location is perfect for exploring all historic attractions on foot. Apartment is licated in city center, 15min away from Vatican and Spanish square, Piazza Navona, Angel’s castle… supermarkets, patisseries and restorants are just a minute away from apartment, as well as Via Cicerone, Via Cola di Rienzo. Also, parking ensured in a garage just near by. Hosts are very kind, kitchen is new and well equipped and nice breakfast is provided free of a charge. I would definetely recommand this place.

Amazing

Pros: First of all, hosts Roberto and Lucy are very friendly and true hosts. The common area is great. Location is the best. Room were cleaned and made up every day.

Perfection start to finish

Pros: Fantastic stay would highly recommend to anyone great for couples or families. My husband and I were celebrating my 30th birthday Roberto & Lucy organised a beautiful bunch of flowers Prosecco , a card and a cake. The facilities on site were fantastic a communal kitchen area to get coffee, water, juice and snacks. The service by Roberto & Lucy was fantastic from the moment we arrived to organising our taxi when we left for us. The room was immaculate so clean and tidy & was tidied daily which was an extra special touch. Great location pretty much 20 minutes walk to most places. Bus stop right outside the premises that you can catch to the colosseum as that is a further walk. All round amazing experience, great hosts & fantastic stay! Thank you for making my birthday so special! Love Abbie & Sam x

Pros: From arrival to sadly leaving, we had the most wonderful time in Rome. Hosts couldn't have been more friendly, informative and welcoming. Kitchen area was a bonus, with complimentary water, tea/coffee, snacks, yoghurt, juice and fresh fruit, so lovely to sit on the beautiful tranquil terrace. Room was immaculate and serviced every day. Location couldn't have been better. Bus stop and taxi rank right outside and the Metro few minutes away. We used the bus most days to venture out, also walked to the Vatican. The gelateria on the ground floor was our go to place every evening. Lovely restaurants very near by. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again. Roberto and Lucy you must be very proud of your team. Grazie Mille
