A great value for money room in a good location.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a single bed, coffee machine, kettle, tea and coffee, breakfast biscuits and a small fridge. The wardrobe was an adequate size. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. It was 15 mins walk to the Vatican. The shuttle bus from the airport stops 5 minutes walk away and cost €9 from the airport, but only €7.20 to the airport. It takes approximately an hour. The train to Termini station is 32 mins from the airport and costs €14.50, then it's a metro journey to Lepanto and a 5 min walk.
Cons: Initially gaining access as the suite is part of a much larger building. If you don't provide an expected check in time then no one is there to let you in. It isn't manned 24/7. I didn't because there was a train strike and the queues were very long to get the shuttle bus.

Spain 🇪🇸
Pros: Good sized rooms, easy access, nice bathroom. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds
Cons: No hot water in shower, no staff around , could not open the windows for fresh air . No english speaking channels on tv. Advertise breakfast in the suites which doesn't exist so need to change their marketing and we were told there's a 3€ breakfast everywhere . We went every morning for breakfast. It costs at least 15€ per person.

Definitely recommended for solo travellers
Pros: Situated in the upscale neighbourhood Prati and specifically in a shopping district, the accommodation offers a plethora of choices both with regards to shopping for all budgets and high-quality restaurants and bars, while at the same time being a calm and safe area with quick access to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Roberto, as well as the other staff working there, were very welcoming and accommodating and were willing to help and guide me with questions that I had regarding my stay. I would definitely return on a future trip to Rome :)
