Pros: Everything was great, a wonderfully clean and cozy place.The staff provided carefull follow-up on the day of check-in.

Pros: Lovely place to stay—quiet and comfortable. Located just 2–3 km from the center of Trastevere, with a bus stop right next to the accommodation, making it easy to reach all the main attractions.

Pros: It was a good value of money, the neighborhood was quiet, peaceful. The apartment had a clever layout, even though the doors were close to each other it was rather soundproof. The kitchen is well equipped and clean - so are the rooms and shared places. The staff is kind and professional.

Cons: The towels could’ve been cleaner, other than that the accomodation was perfect.

Pros: Full automatic accomodation. No problems. Everything important is here.

Reasonably priced home-base when exploring Rome. Close to all attractions with easy bus access

Pros: The propietor was very helpful in accessing the property and quickly answering any questions I had. Was taken aback by the old fashioned wooden elevator! Rudimentary facilities but everything you need and clean and functional

Pleasant, clean and quiet apartment.

Pros: Good location for restaurants, convenience quality deli shops. Quiet residential area. The apartment was very clean. The communication with the host only on-line but very timely and smooth.

Cons: I was not informed at the time of reservation of the compulsory on-line check-in at the third party web-site. I did not appreciate that as I would have liked to avoid that. Whereas once I made the reservation and pre-paid I was left with little choice. The host was helpful to accommodate, however, I wish I had known it at the time of the reservation.

Pros: Nice place, great localisation near trastevere attractions, close to bus station and supermarkets. Easy-going owners. Great coffee. I really like the area and room.

Cons: Room requires deeper cleaning. There is fungus under the shower and on the toilet flush. The shower is leaking, so water is running on the floor. Walls are not the cleanest as well and require painting. There was friendly cleaning service during my stay. However, while I walk just in socks in my room, they immediately get dark, so the floors are not super clean. The place is overall very nice and cosy, but it needs more attention.

Good value for money with convenient public transport to the city centre

Pros: Comfy and big bed, good sheets, shampoo, spacious room, good neigbourhood

Cons: Poor sound isolation, you can hear everything over walls. Very loud water system

Cons: Smell from the toilet - it was pretty humid, flat pillows, the automatic lock

Well located, clean and decent.

Pros: It locates on the third floor in a Typical old Roma residential building. It was a large apartment and altered into 4 double room. It is very well situated with local groceries store and restaurants around. It is super clean, the facilities are well maintained and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Cons: Because it is an altered apartment, you can hear noises whenever your neighbours hits on the wall and shower. You may want to avoid staying at the room with walls next to a bathroom.
