Cons: front gate was frustrating at times to try open.

Close enough to all of the important sites

Pros: It was clean, I only had one interaction with Emanuel when I checked in, but the room was okay, the shower was not great though. It's close enough to walk to all of the good sites if you're fit enough. I managed to plan my routes to walk everywhere. Its about 5km route which was lovely.

Greay value for the money

Pros: The owner is very kind and at disposal all the time. They cleaned room every day, changed towels every second day. The location is good, near bus and metro station. It was a good value for the money and comfortable for me as a solo-traveller.

Cons: Sound insulation was poor and you can hear other guests every single word. It would be good to provide a glass/mug in the room.

Excellent stay

Pros: The facilities in the room were great. The spa bath was a very good way to relax after sightseeing the whole day. Shower was good too and the water pressure was very good.

Cons: The bed needs a headboard as the pillow kept slipping behind the bed. Other than that, no other major issues.

Pros: Good location, very helpful staff. I spent a week there and give it 10 overall.

Pros: Really, the apartment its really fine and enough for travelling. The immediate reply of the host to every inquiry makes the stay even more valuable. What i really consider a huge advantage, its the location of the apartment. Forget about public transportation. In the morning grab a coffee and in 20mins of easy walking youre at Vatican. Walk 5 more minutes and youre about to discover the heart of Rome.

Great option if you don’t want to spend a ton of money for your stay in Rome

Pros: Very good accommodation with spacious rooms. We didn’t book a room with the bath tub but the shower in our room was a highlight as well. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Very convenient location if you want to do a trip to the Vatican. The Metro stop where you can reach the city center within a few minutes are not far away from the accommodations. Great value for the price, can definitely recommend!

Pros: Cleaning, jacuzzi, location is good near Vatican and metro.

Cons: Facilities: there is no kitchenware, even kettle, only a tiny fridge. A very little space for clothing storage. There is a folding bed, so it is not super comfortable and it's creaky. Soundproofing is bad.
