Pros: The location was great. It was very close to the terminus, meaning one public transport line was enough to get most places. The view was also nice. Highlight was the lift.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Pros: We enjoyed our time here. The space is comfortable and not too far from sightseeing locations. The host's assistant, Andre was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in.

Cons: The host isn't the best at communicating via email or phone. I never received a response to any emails I sent him. Also, we arrived early and weren't able to contact him until right before our stated check in time which was a bit stressful.

Pros: Responsive, punctual, close to train/metro to commute, safe area close to restaurants, washing and kitchen a bonus.

Pros: I liked the position near the station Termini, easy to visit by metro, bus or even by foot as some of the turistic atractions were very close. It was easy to comunicate with the host by what's up, and also I appreciated the self check out since we left early in the morning.

Cons: The limited hour to check in and the continuos stress that I will pay an additional tax of 35 euros if I don't manage to reach to the propriety by 8 PM. Our airplaine was delayed and there should be situations when an exception to be made. Also, we traveled with some friends, they had another accomodation on the same street and they didn't want to take the train but the bus from the airport. We didn't want to go separately, but I was watching Waze every minute. I was somehow scolded on what's up that I should have taken the train unless I want to pay extra. I traveled a lot but I never encountered in any country this tax for checking in later than 8 PM. We did manage to reach at 7:20 PM, but it didn't worth to start the holiday in such a stress.

Pros: The location was perfect, close to two metro stations and many restaurants, caffès and and supermarkets. The apartment had everything we needed. I was easy to check in and check out. Small but cozy.

Cons: We had a little problem comunicating with the host about an important issue: the water in the apartment. Not all countries work the same way and everybody needs clear instructions of how to use some systems, and we didn't have it. But we managed to work it out.

Pros: Schöne kleine Wohnung nahe am Hauptbahnhof. Bad und Dusche separat. Küche mit wichtigster Ausstattung vorhanden sowie eine Waschmaschine und Zubehör. Die zuständige Person war sehr gut per Whatsapp erreichbar, beim Check-in wurde uns durch jemand anderes alles notwendige erklärt. Wir waren zu zweit da und würden diese Wohnung bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt definitiv wieder buchen. Zu zweit ging es sehr guet, zu dritt wäre vielleicht etwas eng.

Pros: Confortable et peu bruyant, très proche du train et du métro. Très bonne communication. Cuisine et espace pour manger quand-même très petits.

Pros: The attentions with the representative owners was superb. Recommend this location. This worked out excellent for us. See you next year.

Pros: テルミニ駅から徒歩5分、近くにスーパーマーケットがあり、周囲にはカフェ飲食店が豊富です。室内はキッチンに食器、調理道具、エスプレッソマシンがあり、ベットルーム、ダイニングも清潔で一通り揃っており、長期滞在にも向いていると思えます。オーナーの対応も親切で迅速な対応で素晴らしい滞在となりました、もい一度ローマに行く事があれば再度滞在したと思えます！

Cons: 20時以降のチェックインには別途料金がかかる それも結構高額だったため、これは少しばかり残念です。

Pros: Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y las paradas del bus de turismo, muy buena ubicación, además de ser un lugar amplio, limpio y cómodo

Cons: El elevador es muy pequeño pero útil
