La Dimora di Sara a 10 minuti da Termini

Pros: I was travelling with my family, including both younger and older members, so it was important for us to stay together and have easy access to public transport. The apartment was perfectly located — close to shops, restaurants, and transport connections. It was spacious, and well-equipped. Communication with the host, Sara, was smooth and friendly, and she even made it possible for us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated considering that we had been travelling from 2AM. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Pros: Sarah was a very kind and hospitable host, who welcomed us to a neat and clean apartment. Good location and quiet neighborhood. Large rooms and all kinds of equipment.

Cons: The water in the bathroom was boiling and it was difficult to heat the water. That was the only thing.

Excellent apartment for a large group with perfect location. A jewel in Rome with friendly service.

Pros: It was the perfect place for our 2 families totalling 10 people. Enough room for everyone and comfortable beds. Great location with easy access. The service and support just excellent. Air conditioning in July was a must.

Cons: If I can give some constructive feedback I would suggest some hangers for the towels. There is not enough room in the living for the large group but a nice terrace you can make work out.

Pros: Skvelá lokalita, príjemný personál, priestranný byt.

Pros: Qué es tal cual cm se ve en las fotos!! Y sobre todo la anfitriona muy atenta y amable. Sin duda repetiremos. Podías ir andando a termini o bien coger el autobús o metro ambos a 2 min de distancia.

Pros: Posizione molto comoda, appartamento ben suddiviso

Cons: Sarebbe necessaria la revisione delle dotazioni e la manutenzione dei bagni.

Pros: De dame stond ons op te wachten om ons te helpen met de codes die ze al had doorgestuurd op voorhand. Ze was buitengewoon vriendelijk en heeft ons in alles geholpen.

Cons: de gordijnen hielden het straatlicht niet tegen.

Esperienza fantastica

Pros: La proprietaria è stata molto cordiale e disponibile. La casa è molto accogliente e comoda, ciascuna camera da letto ha il proprio bagno. Inoltre si trova in un ottima posizione, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Castro Pretorio e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La consiglio vivamente.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, affordable and centrally located.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to lots of amenities. The restaurant downstairs offers a discount for renters and has great food. A laundromat is nearby on the same block. Pharmacy and grocery store very close so you can walk on same block. The termini station is within walking distance. Host was gracious and stayed in contact. Allowed us to access apartment with ease. Provided storage of luggage if needed. Each bedroom had private bathroom and private door locks, which is nice when staying in a group. There is plenty of space to sleep everyone. There are actually 4 bedrooms however one is accessible only by entering through another so it is more of a combo room. Common space was in kitchen/dining area which included table with chairs and a couch. The common area opened into the outdoor balcony which was also spacious and had a table and chairs.

Cons: The location is centralized and as such has a lot of street and city noise such as traffic, people, police and ambulance sirens at all times of day. If you are from the city, you’ll be used to it. If not, it may keep you awake.

Bellissima posizione e bellissima casa.

Pros: Vicinissima alla metropolitana, in una zona tranquilla. La casa era veramente grande e attrezzata. La cucina ci ha permesso di risparmiare sulla cena, anche perché a pochi metri è presente un supermercato.
