Pros: The flat was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms. Adele was very accommodating.

Great unit with lots of room for all

Pros: Great location, great host to deal with. Felt secure and safe in the building although the lift is antique but worked fine. Unit was spacious and we all (6 adults) had good space. Comfy bedding and close to restaurants, the train and busses.

Cons: It is a little tired and the dishwasher didn’t work but otherwise it was perfectly adequate. Sometimes we heard the bar downstairs but it was fine.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable, it was perfect for a group of 6 that we were. Both bathrooms were also clean. Location was great, just 10 mins walk from the Termini station and there were some nice restaurants we visited nearby with good prices. Adele explained everything very clearly days before our arrival with all the information needed for our smooth check in! Check in and check out was super easy. Everything was clear and she answered every question we had before and during the trip and even recommended a good place for breakfast for us when we needed. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, perfect aparment, very comfortable Atay.

Pros: The host made it very easy to access the apartment, the instructions were clear. The apartment is very spacious and traveling as a family of 5 we were very comfortable. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and well prepared. The location to shop, restaurants and other attractions was perfect. Would highly recommend Urbanflats if you're looking for a larger space for more people.

Pros: Apartment needs a deep clean and the bedding needs updating as it was old and some of the sheets very thin. The bed we used rolled in to the middle so needs a new mattress. Otherwise great Apartment for the 7 of us, easy check in, great kitchen facilities and great location.

Good location!

Pros: Great location for an accommodation and the self service check in was very convenient as we got there late in the evening and didn't feel the pressure to meet someone for key collection. Staff were friendly with the pre check-in essentials. Only downside was that the sofa was a bit dirty, and just needs a clean but overall, clean apartment and everything was ready for us upon arrival. Would recommend!

Pros: this was an incredible property! perfect location, so clean and comfortable, every amenity imaginable. we were able to check in early despite disturbing the cleaner who was so kind and accommodating.

Cons: maybe the washing machine could do with some instructions. i assume it’s because i’m unfamiliar with the type of machine, entirely my fault there, but instructions may have helped.

Cons: Quiet street and high up - great space, with plenty of group facilities

Pros: Perfect location. Very near in all the transport facilities to move around the city. The flat is very clean comfortable & warm. It feels like home away from home

Pros: If arriving by train, this location is excellent. The host communicates everything necessary to access the property in a timely manner. There are a lot of good eating places nearby. A great place to stay.
