Pros: The apartment is very pretty and comfortable, it is quite close to bus stops and to train station so it is easy to get to the touristic places. Very clean and nice hostess willing to help you in anything you need.

A pleasant stay overall
Pros: The property is located in Tiburtina, which is a bit of a trek from the heart of Rome’s main attractions. But hey, it’s still a very clean and well-maintained place, and it’s spacious enough for a family of four. At first, we had a bit of a puzzling time getting inside, but once you’re in, it’s all smooth sailing!
Cons: Location, but it’s well connected to central Rome via bus and metro. There was no one to guide us initially, all instructions were provided via WhatsApp, we would have love to meet the hosts.

A great place to stay without a shadow of a doubt!
Pros: A very nice apartment in a decent building on Tiburtina street. An air-conditioning unit in each room allows to persevere the heat of August in Rome. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. There is everything one may need (aside from a kettle for tea lovers) and not a single element of interior design expected to create a feeling of cosiness, but in reality just making the interior less eloquent and hard to keep clean. There are two bus stops just round the corner and across the street to get to the city centre or Tiburtina train station, a supermarket, and lots of cafes.
Cons: Not something I didn't like, but just a word of caution for other travellers. There is a metal gate you need to open in order to get from the yard into the street. While entering from the street is made easy by dialing in a code, exiting didn't seem as easy to me due to the fact that one has to press a white pushbutton switch installed some 5-7 metres away from the gate to unlock the electric lock of the gate. The problem is that there is no indication that this particular pushbutton unlocks the gate - you just need to be a local (or just a generally smart) person to know it.

The apartment suited our needs very well and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.
Pros: The aparment was clean and it looked exactly like in the pictures. The house's own yard was peaceful and safe. Communication with the host also worked well, and messages were answered quickly. The apartment was also well located in relation to the bus stop/metro station and grocery store.
Cons: The scent used in the apartment was a bit too strong for our taste.

Buona esperienza
Pros: Appartamento curato, pulito e spazioso, silenzioso (non sono stato disturbato da rumori esterni o di vicini) Circa un 15/20 minuti a piedi da stazione tiburtina.
Cons: Purtroppo ho dato per scontato che una camera per due prevedesse letto matrimoniale invece erano 2 letti singoli, anche lo scarico wc è da controllare. A parte questo lo consiglierei.

Cons: L'acqua dello sciacquone ha dato alcuni problemi. Da modificare indirizzo della struttura. Da quello indicato su booking siamo finite da un'altra parte
