Awesome…thank you!

Pros: Apartment was immaculate, comfortable and location was perfect for me.

Cons: There was a “drain type” smell that didn’t go away (hence the 8/10 rating). For me it wasn’t too troublesome, but I can imagine others might complain.

Pros: I stayed at 612 Flats in Rome and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, modern, and exactly like the photos. It had everything I needed – air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and even a nice balcony to enjoy the view. The location was great, close to public transport, so it was easy to reach the main sights of Rome. At the same time, the neighborhood was quiet, which made evenings very relaxing. I really appreciated how comfortable the apartment was and how helpful the hosts were. Everything worked perfectly, from WiFi to kitchen appliances, and it felt like a home away from home. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily choose 612 Flats again on my next trip to Rome.

Pros: L’appartement est fonctionnel, propre et facilement accessible en transport L’immeuble est sécurisé et le quartier vivant

Cons: L’appartement est situé sur un grand boulevard ce qui entraîne beaucoup de bruit en continu. Toutefois, il est très bien isolé on n’entend rien à l’intérieur

Muy lindo departamento en Roma.

Pros: Muy nuevo y muy cómodo. Dejamos el auto estacionado cerca y nos movimos en subte.

Cons: De la canilla del baño no salía agua caliente. Pero es algo que se puede solucionar fácilmente.

Pros: Appartamento è molto bello ,pulito e luminoso. Organizzato in modo impeccabile x un piacevole soggiorno. Posizione ottima. Proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons: Ci sono alcuni problemi con la pressione dell'acqua, ma ho notato che è un problema comune a Roma.

Soggiorno sensazionale, piacevole e in totale comfort

Pros: La casa è nuova e con tutti i comfort e i servizi necessari. Noi eravamo tre adulti e siamo stati benissimo. C’è tutto anche per cucinare e lavare, ci sono condizionatori a pompa di calore in tutte le stanze. Il bagno e la doccia sono sensazionali. Complimenti davvero! Questa casa rappresenta davvero il non plus ultra.

Curat, linistit, alegere buna

Pros: Este un apartament foarte curat cu gazda amabila. Cu toate ca este cam departe de centrul istoric al Romei, exista mai multe optiuni (inclusiv transport in comun) de a ajunge la principalele puncte turistice. In zona exista mai multe locuri unde se poate lua masa/bea cafea/manca prajituri.

Cons: Lipsa luminii naturale/soarelui din apartament (noi am stat in cel cu 2 dormitoare), dar nu poate imbunatati proprietarul acest lucru.
