Amazing

Pros: David was a great host! Very friendly and ready to help. Gave us great tips and answered to all our requests.

Cons: The shower head needed to be changed unfortunately. Other than that the stay was amazing.

Pros: The host Davide was great! He was very kind, the explained a lot, told us how to visit, and the connections for the main objectives. For Davide 10+ .

Cons: The bathroom was a bit small, and there was no sink in the “kitchen”. The appliances were used and a bit muddy.

Very comfortable and good location

Pros: Room was comfortable and reasonable size. Location was good as we like walking. Metro close by. Great decor. Very friendly caretaker David. We had the room next to the kitchen so wifi worked well.

Cons: Shared kitchen a bit limited in crockery and no sink, but it worked for us for breakfasts. We bought disposable plates. Shower was a bit of a dribble. Arrival was a bit difficult as the street address from booking.com didn’t include the number . Then getting hold of the caretaker. But with a lot of luck it worked. My suggestion is a WhatsApp contact- this has worked on other places well.

Pros: Super friendly and welcoming staff Good location (few minute walk to the metro stations of line A and C, close to the historic center of Rome - 20 min walk to Colosseum)

Cons: The shower can be hotter. Otherwise all good.

Pros: Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla fermata della metro e accoglienza cordiale ed efficiente. L'appartamento è carino e particolare.

Cons: Danno due asciugamani per persona invece che tre (bidet e viso, manca il telo da doccia). Aprire la finestra è stato sgradevole perché le veneziane erano completamente impolverate.
