Pros: -First of all, I would like to note that the owner of the apartment is a wonderful person, ready to help with any issue. - The coffee machine and pastries for the Italian breakfast were very helpful. - We got to all the attractions using the metro, which was a 5-7 minute walk. - Overall the accommodation had everything you needed, the bed was comfortable, the shower worked, the washing facilities were ok. - Excellent price/quality ratio.

Nice stay in Rome, in Appia Davila
Pros: The host was very nice and the apartment had everything which we needed (fridge, kitchen, cosy and not too narrow bathroom and bedroom, cleanness).
Cons: The bathroom opened from the floor and not directly from the bedroom. It was a little bit surprising since it was not in the description.

Little dated, but great location!
Pros: Allowed us to check in early and made efforts to ensure we could. The hot drinks machine, lots of space for your items, the shower was warm and the apartment is close to the metro.
Cons: It was quite a noisy neighbourhood, the decor was a little dated and not a huge option for breakfast.

Pros: Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was small but nice and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
Cons: The b&b was fairly far out of the centre of Rome. Having said this the area felt safe and it was easy to take the metro into the city.

It was a very good choice.
Pros: The accommodation is in an outer district, but the tourist attractions are a few metro stops away. This is exactly what we were looking for. There is an air conditioner in the room. Coffee machine and pastries for breakfast.
Cons: There was no such.

Very good experience , totally recomended.
Pros: The appartment is well situated in Colli Albani area with a variety of shops, everything a family or any traveller needs, super markets ,places to eat and most important near to Colli Albani Metro station and several Bus stations . It is an appartment with 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms ,one for each room, in the 5th floor of a condominium with a shared Kitchen for the breakfast , not really for cooking or something else . Clean bathroom ,clean bathtowels . Angelo, the owner ,was really helpfull , good communication by phone,an overall good owner .
Cons: Breakfast was ok , coffee machine worked well . On the other hand the variety and quantity of breakfast can become better

Pros: Good for the value. The location is about 7 min walk from the orange Metro line, which takes you to the Rome City Center. There are also several bus stops nearby and it's about a 25 min ride. Angelo, the host was very hospitalble, the place was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The B&B is in an apartment building, so it could be that there is some noise from the neighbors, just to have that in mind for light sleepers.
