Pros: Amazing stay- perfect location, spotless room, and wonderful hosts I had a fantastic stay here. The location is unbeatable: just steps from the metro, surrounded by plenty of cafés, and with several supermarkets nearby where you can get everything you need. The room was absolutely spotless. I truly don’t understand the comments from some other guests mentioning dirt — the cleanliness was crystal clear in every corner. Fabio and his wife were exceptional hosts. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring people who made the stay feel special. They honestly left a deep impression on me. They even managed to make an early check-in for me and my family, which was precious. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!

Cons: It was a bit challenging to open the locker on the door but I see that only I faced with such a problem, because Fabio even made a video-tutorial (however, I was helpless hahaha)

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean. It is in a great location, two minutes to the metro. Lots of dining and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
