Good option for those on a budget

Pros: The value was great and close to public transport. Giulio was a great host. Did not hear any street noise overnight - quiet. The room was comfortable but it didn’t look like the photos.

Cons: Though there was no street noise, from 5am we could hear other guests or workers in the hallway so our sleep was interrupted every morning. The A/C didn’t work. The address is wrong on booking.com (by a block so was a bit frustrating to find after a day in transit).

Excelent value for money. The proximity to trains and subway make from this accomodation my first choice.

Pros: Everything. It was almost unreal deal what I got and if I ever need to come to Rome again this would be my first choice

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The location is perfect, just outside the busy city center, yet surrounded by plenty of markets, cafeterias, and only a 5-minute walk from the metro. We really enjoyed our stay! Our flight was late, so we asked if we could leave our bags in the room before heading to the airport. Instead, our host kindly let us stay in the apartment until our departure, free of charge! We’re so grateful for such hospitality. We highly recommend this place!

Pros: Great location, very pleasant place to stay. Free coffee was a nice touch. Everything was clean and the communication with the host was excellent. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby.

Great stay, helpful host, good location!

Pros: We are very grateful to the host for making our stay as comfortable as possible. There was cold water waiting for us in the fridge, which was amazing in the summer heat. We were even offered a different room because the first one had a window between the bathroom and the bedroom — partially covered, but since I was traveling with my sister, it wouldn’t have been comfortable. The host was also incredibly kind and allowed us to check out at 10 PM, much later than the usual time. The apartment has everything you need — a fridge, microwave, iron, dishes, coffee, tea, and sugar. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We also really liked the location — the metro station is nearby, so it’s easy to reach any part of Rome.

Pros: Great Location. 1 min to bus stop, 5 minutes to metro station and train station. Train is direct connection to Fiumicino airport. Kind well communicating property owner.

Thanks for everything. The place, staff and the facilities all good.

Pros: Staff was nice. They brought me an iron as I asked. Plus they had coffee machine with capsules and sweets in the kitchen which is very kind from the hosts. We also asked to keep our luggages there for some hourse after the check out and they let us do so.

Pros: The location, it is really easy to get there by train from the Fiumicino aiport and to go to the city center by bus

Pros: The location is great, Metro station and train station are very close to it and you can get to the old historical centre within 15-18 minutes by public transportation. Neighborhood is good, safe and people were helpful. The room was clean and did meet with my expectation, the Wifi was good. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, he was always smiling! I really liked the place and I can highly recommend it to everyone!
