Pros: Friendly and up-to-task host, self-checking, confortable beds, spatious location, located in a quite neighbourhood, has a garden in which you can stay

Cons: The hand soap was missing, tissues/napkins were missing, a hanger for the clothes would have been good, in the bathroom a towel hanger would have been good

Spacious apartment perfect for couple

Pros: - close to the metro - easy to access - spacious - there is a pizzeria just down stairs

Cons: - the fridge and hot water tank are a bit noisy (but it’s fine if you close the door) - keys are difficult to use (maybe you can add a small sign indicating witch is the door of the room and the door of the first door.) -The first door can be a bit scary when it doesn’t open at first (but with a bit of determination you’ll make it!)

Good for couples and short stay

Pros: The apartment was clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The bed was comfortable. WiFi and AC worked well. There was a washing machine and hair dryer. Convenient location - about a 7-minute walk to the metro, and a bus stop even closer.

Cons: The kitchen equipment could be better, for example, a larger knife was missing. I also couldn't find an iron.

I loved our stay. The apartment is perfect for 2. Everything is new, it has been recently renovated.

Pros: Flexible check-in time as the keys are in a safe/lock box. we arrived at 1 a.m. The owner had sent me very detailed instructions and even pictures so it was very easy. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location is perfect. Quiet, safe neighbourhood with everything you need nearby. Very comfortable bed. A/C in the bedroom. Shutters and double glazed windows.

Cons: I did not like that the bed sheets were discoloured and stained. They were clean, there was no doubt that they had been washed, but because they were obviously not very new, they did not look great. The top ones and the pillow cases were ok, but not the mattress sheets (for bed and sofa) or the mattress cover. Regarding the cleanliness, the apartment was clean - but in the morning when preparing our first breakfast I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a lot of dirty dishes in the cupboard and ended up washing all the plates, mugs, glasses, two pots and the cutlery. I sent pictures to the owner who was horrified. I mentioned that there was no kitchen towels and that it would be hard to keep the kitchen and dishes clean without towels - she brought some the same day plus some extra cleaning products, which we didn't need. So I guess a new cleaner will have to be found and I believe the owner will be more diligent in the future. In winter, when you have coats and scarves, hanging all of that would be tricky. I would suggest adding a coat rack and also hooks for the towels in the bathroom. Also, for longer stays, there is a washing machine but nothing to hang the laundry. Again, that is an easy thing to solve, but I was very surprised.

Overall a good place to stay, but with a bit more attention to detail, it could be even better

Pros: The host was very kind, provided detailed check-in instructions, and responded quickly to our messages. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with several good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The bathroom is a bit poorly equipped — there isn’t even a shelf, and for a 4-night stay for two people, only one roll of toilet paper was provided. The kitchen is also somewhat under-equipped; there is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets were provided.

A great apartment in Garbatella

Pros: The apartment was super clean, spacious, in a beautiful building and neighborhood. The host was very communicative, kind and helpful. Garbatella is a hidden gem that was a pleasure to discover after few times in Rome.

Cons: Everything was great, we've liked our experience.

Pros: Simple unpretentious accommodation with air conditioning and a very communicative and accommodating host. Nice pizzerias and bars nearby. Easily connected to the city centre with bus and metro but still far enough to get away from the tourist traps.

Cons: Some basic toiletries and coffee/tea would make this accommodation unbeatable

Nice Rome experience.

Pros: It was very nice. Good location. Off the path from tourist locations. Cool to have a taste of day to day life of Italy. Next to a nice Cafe, Italian Street food restaurants and local bars. Cool place.

Cons: Um. Not much. It was all very good.

Pros: Very recently renovated apartment, you can tell it is freshly painted, Clean and homey. Very nice location in a beautiful neighborhood and easy access to the Garbatella metro station.

Cons: Some little things, like there were no hangers in the closets, which meant we couldn't hang our clothes anywhere. Also no towel racks in the bathroom. There was only one bottle of hand soap, which was almost empty when we got there. In the closet there were 2 more pillows, but no pillow cases / sheets etc. anywhere, so we couldn't use them.

Roma e sempre Caput mundi ! Fantastica

Pros: Colazione non inclusa, La posizione fantastica , vicino alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici e ad una miriade di attività commerciali. Appartamento molto bello , ben ristrutturato .

Cons: Alcune cose sono state doverosamente documentate e comunicate all'host , Connessione Wireless scadente , non perchè non ci fosse ma perchè il modem posizionato in maniera inappropriata , giusto per ovviare al problema consiglierei l'utilizzo di un buster . Un po più di cura nel mantenimento.
