Pros: The property is very nice and the host very kind. Its not too far from city center. Have underground near Garbatella Station. The flat was very very clear. I recommend it.

Large apartment near the metro

Pros: It was a short walk to the Garbatella metro station. There is a good pizza place on the corner, a gellato place, and small grocery down the block. It's a good sized apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building (please note that an elevator is not available). There are a few green parrots that hang out in the neighborhood. My kids really loved looking for them on our way to the metro. The kitchen includes plates, pans, utensils, and a percolator for coffee on the stove.

Cons: The listing had a washing machine, but on our arrival, our host explained that the renters before us had broken it. She suggested going to a laundry lady a couple of blocks away. The lady washed and dryed two big bags of clothes for 20 euro. We dropped them off in the morning and picked them up at 6pm. While it was not expensive, it was an unexpected added cost. Pros: La ubicación es inmejorable: es un barrio tranquilo de Roma, cerca del centro. La casa tiene todo lo necesario. La dueña es muy simpática y atenta.

Cons: Quinta planta sin ascensor, mis piernas estaban sobrecargadas!

Pěkné

Pros: Lokalita byla dobrá, blízko metra i autobusu. V okolí dostatek restaurací. Byt je velice pěkný a dobře zařízený. Měli jsme vše potřebné k dispozici.

Cons: Vzhledem k tomu, že jsme byli ubytování o víkendu, bylo zde dost rušno. Parkování na ulici je zdarma, ale težší najít místo.

Bellissimo soggiorno

Pros: Ottima posizione, vicino alla metropolitana. Anche in macchina è possibile raggiungere i vari monumenti in 10 minuti. Purtroppo trovare il parcheggio è un po difficioltoso, ma si trova sempre nelle vicinanze. Appartamento molto grande e pulitissimo. L'host è gentilissame e sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio soprattutto per famiglie. Nota: l'appartmaento è al 4 piano senza ascensore. Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, sicurmanete è una delle prime opzione che cercheremo.

Pros: Appartamento all’ultimo piano in un condominio con vista bellissima in una zona tranquilla ma ben servita. La casa era pulitissima e perfetta per una famiglia di 5 persone. Nel quartiere si trovano tanti ristornati e bar.

Pros: Beautiful flat, good location! Comfortable beds. We really loved this. We also got support from host: regarding public transport, early arrival for e. Flat has a very good athmosfere. Old house with thick walls, which keep good temperature.
