Pros: Excellent location, facilities excellent - everything you could need. Very clean, spacious and well-appointed. Great little balcony ideal for people watching. Great communication with host (including when there was an electric issue that couldn’t be helped - we had assistance within 30 mins)
Cons: Would have liked to have been able to use the heat but there were no instructions and we couldn’t get it to work. There were several very warm blankets so this wasn’t a big issue at all.

In general - above my expectations.
Pros: Absolutely great location. Spacious bedrooms. Very nice and clean bathrooms.
Cons: May be I missed it in the ad, but the apartment is located at a relatively high floor and it was difficult for my friend to climb the stairs and carry the luggage.

Perfect spot to know Rome
Pros: The location was perfect: city center between Piazza Popolo and Piazza Spagna. 15 minutes (with kids) walking from Trevi Fountain. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. We strongly recommend it. We were 2 adults with 2 kids (5 and 8) and the appartment size is perfect. Also to highlight that even if it is a very central location, the windows block all the noise from the street!

Great central Apartment
Pros: Location was so central, situated in main shopping street but was incredibly quiet.Lots of restaurants nearby. 5 mins from Spanish steps and about 20 min walk to colesseum. The apartment was spotless and very secure and very comfortable.I particularly liked the balcony, great for people watching.I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is very quiet, even though it's on a busy street. The location is excellent; we walked to most places except for the Vatican. The house is spacious with two bathrooms and has been newly renovated, so everything is very new. There's also air conditioning, which is particularly great.
Cons: no elevator, but it is not problem for us.

Pros: Very central comfortable and spacious apartment. Perfect for a family of four. It is fully furnished, very functional and has dishwasher and washing machine.
Cons: Just that there was no lift, so not ideal if you need a pram or have heavy suitcases. The apartment is otherwise great and very comfortable.

Pros: The location is amazing. The host Nicoletta was great, communicated with me from before arrival until after check out. She was always available on WhatsApp for help and advice. It was easy to use the code to get the key. The apartment is good size, very clean, double glazed witnows so quiet inside even though it’s a major shopping street. Fully equipped kitchen. There’s one shower and toilet in one bedroom, and second shower and toilet for the family. You can ask the host any question, she’s very quick to reply, even before you book the room. I would book it again without hesitation.
Cons: Really nothing to not like, but for completeness I’d say: The wifi and the internet connection is not always the best. But we could always do what we needed on our phones. The two single beds in the second room are of a small size, narrow, but we had two adults in them without a problem.

Pros: We loved everything about this apartment, location was excellent. Check in and out perfect .it was spotlessly clean ,although we didn't cook the kitchen was excellently equipped. It is on a main street and we enjoyed the buzz and watching the world go by on the small balcony, but with doors closed it is completely silent.We would definitely rebook again with out hesitation. Thanks for making our stay in Rome perfect!

Great place to stay at when visiting Rome
Pros: The apartment was perfect: centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions, close to metro and bus stations, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for the stay. The self-check-in process was straightforward, and the option to store our luggage during our last day there allowed us to roam Rome freely until our full departure. The host was also great and easy to communicate with — in particular, when we made a mistake during checkout, they handled it very kindly and didn’t charge us for it, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend the place.
