It was a pleasant stay

Pros: Location, cleanness and the nice decoration and lightening.

Cons: The fact the windows didn’t face outside, not much natural light. The bathroom was smelling. There is no reception but internet connection is good and easy to connect

Pros: The hosts are very responsive. The location is excellent.

Cons: In the winter, the place was really chilly and uncomfortable, especially at night. The AC was too weak to heat the place, and the bathroom was not heated at all, being far from the bedroom. At the same time, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and promptly provided an additional heating device.

Pros: the place .the appartment ,the building & position

Cons: no name or signs ouitside of the guess house has to ask the locals nearby to assure it is & the comunication with the owners is very poor .

Great location nice apartment

Pros: It was close to everything and very quiet, as a group of women we were very happy with walking in wardrobe

Cons: Points to decide either way: * Shower could be tricky for a bigger person as it’s quite narrow. * apartment is on 1 st floor and windows come out on small courtyard which makes it dark * no key to property- you open it with an app; so if you go out make sure you have got enough battery to open gate and doors The only negative I would say was that host wasn’t very responsive. It took her couple of hours to get back to us when we had queries.

Pros: It is located in a very convenient location. It is clean. Have good wi-fi. I recommend it.

Nice family stay

Pros: It' s perfect place for stay for those who plan to walk and see most of the Rome's greatest objects or museums. Apartment is well communicated, nice and tidy. You can find there everything what is needed Thank you also for a nice welcome snacks and coffee, it was a great starter and a lovable gesteure.

Cons: There is atmost no sunlight inside. Both existing windows are quite small and permanently covered, it is not possible to uncover the windows. We were a bit cold inside. Despite the air conditioning, it was not able to heat the interior when it was +2 C outside. I know, it was February... Nevertheless, those were the only mankaments that may be considered in the future.

Location, location, location

Pros: The location was excellent, great base to explore Rome from. The apartment had everything we needed. There was bottled water, coffee and toiletries for us to use which came in handy. We were sent clear instructions before we arrived on how unlock the doors and we didn't have any issues. Had to connect to WiFi a couple of times for it to work because my 4G wasn't the best inside, but the WiFi was strong enough to pick up in the hallway.

Cons: The only minor things would be the tap in the kitchen was wobbly, and the shower doors where difficult to close like they weren't properly on their tracks. But the doors did close fine with abit of a tug, and we rarely used the kitchen sink so didn't affect our stay

Lovely stay

Pros: Location was amazing and it's great there was a supermarket next door! Giulia was lovely and responded to my text immediately when I couldn't figure out which door on the street that I needed to get through.

Very good location for a city break in Rome

Pros: Excellent location, nearby Piazza Spagna, but also close distance to main attractions in Rome. Very good communication with the hosts, and clear process to access the location.

Cons: Price was relatively high for a studio, but our family travelled a week before Easter and the city was extremely busy and full of tourists at that time.

Excellent location. Good size and clean room. I would recommend it.

Pros: Good size and clean room. Good size bad. Very good Wi-Fi connection and speed. Nice shower with good water pressure. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: No bedside tables.
