Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Hot shower While there were no breakfast facilities there was the Yellow bar directly opposite that served a big selection of options at very reasonable prices. There was a metro station a couple of hundred meters away and the main Termini station/bus station about 500m walk so easy access to local transport. Selection of reasonably priced restaurants in the surrounding area.

Cons: Hotel is room only, no bar or lounge. The decor is a little tired. However perfect for us as we were not there for relaxing in the hotel but visiting Rome itself, only slept in the hotel.

Overall a good experience.

Pros: Facilities were clean and as described. Staff were quiet and friendly. Satisfied all our needs travelling with a young child.

Cons: Unfortunately there is a Hostel Bar across the street that is quite loud most nights until 12-midnight. There also isn't a full-time reception as it's more of an apartment room that is rented out it a converted accommodation. But overall these weren't bad and the price was fairly reasonable (for ROME)

Pros: The location is superb and the price is affordable. Staff is helpful.

Cons: The room isn't soundproof. You can hear your neighbour.

Budget friendly & comfortable stay

Pros: Great location near Termini station. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, clean & a quiet room that you can relax after a hectic day of touring. Excellent wifi too. Helpful and kind host, many thanks!

Good value and location.

Pros: Very accommodating owner. 2 hours early checking in. This was basically a room with facilities and perfectly adequate as lots of restaurants nearby. Given keys to access building and room as required and left to come and go.
