Highly recommend, was a very clean and felt very safe while traveling with my mother. Very central and would go back

Luxurious accomodation, just a few steps away from Roma Termini, your gateway to Italy

Pros: It was in a very accessible location close to Roma Termini with an access to a very reliable lift which made it easy to carry our luggage in and out. The room we were given was also very big and spacious , secure as only Massimo and his wife was able to come in. Also I really liked Massimo’s helpfulness and generosity in letting us leave our luggages in the reception while we wait for our flight out to HK later that night. It saved us the inconvenience of moving our things around and risking losing things.

Cons: Nothing to say here, we loved our stay here

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Rome!

Pros: This accommodation was excellent, large room which was super clean and in a great location, and Massimo was a brilliant host. We also thought it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and ideally situated property for train station and major attractions.

Pros: Lovely property. Very convenient to Rome Termini train station. Room was quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to most major tourist attractions.

Pros: Great place to stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Being close to the main train station made it very easy to get to. Massimo’s a great host - so friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The bed was too hard for my liking, but you can’t please everyone with something like that.
