Pros: It is almost next to the train station Roma Termini, from which you can go everywhere. It is walking distance (30 min) to the Fontana de Trevi and a little more to the Colosseum. The manager was very friendly and helpful. There were many coffee pods, shampoos and gel from last guests, which was very useful for us.

Cons: It is on the ground floor but has some stairs to get to the apartment and that is complicated for the luggage and people with disabilities. You should ask for help before so the manager can provide facilities.

Pros: everything was amazing! A group of 10 people felt completely comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that the apartment had 2 toilets and 2 showers - it was very convenient! I highly recommend this place .

Pros: Very good location near Termini Station. 3 separate rooms. Suitable for large groups or 2-3 families with kids. Towels were included. The nearest supermarket is 300m from the apt (at Termini Station). Few restaurants and caffes nearby. It is still a walkable distance to all major attractions but if you dont like to walk to much than all attractions are accesible by Metro lines (2 lines are crossing at Termini).

Cons: The only thing I dislike is a communication with the owner. They responded in a very last moment with all details. Although at the end check in and check out went smooth and easy I would feel much more secured if my masseges were responded earlier. So if you book and get no response than dont worry. I will finaly get it:-)

Pros: Very clean and tide place. Great place for family.

Perfect family house

Pros: The apartment it's really good for a family/group. We stayed there for three nights (8 adults + 1 child). The kitchen is full equiped. Two bathrooms are really good for a lot of people that want to take a shower at the same time. Location is VERY good. 2min walk to Termini. Café in front. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Cons: To be honest there's not mut I didn't like. It was really nice. Just that the air condiotioners weren't working, but the beds were so confy and hot that no one was cold at night (on the opposite).

We had an enjoyable stay.

Pros: The apartment is huge, enough space for 8 people. The kitchen utilities are more than we thought. Two bathrooms are clean. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is just great, next to the train station.

Cons: Not that i know now :)

Conveniente y especioso

Pros: Es amplio y con dos baños con bañera. La cocina muy funcional para un número grande de personas.

Cons: Al inicio el edificio puede verse algo descuidado, pero nada que afecte.

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti in tre coppie, che dire avevamo tutto il b&b a nostra disposizione siamo stati benissimo, letti comodi due bagni, posizione fantastica. Nulla di negativo anzi oltre le nostre aspettative inoltre ci hanno fatto la gentilezza di tenerci i bagagli fino al tardo pomeriggio cosa non da poco. Consiglio vivamente

Pros: ห้องกว้างสบาย เดินไม่ไกลจากสถานี มีทุกอย่างสะดวกสบาย

Cons: เครื่องซักผ้า, เครื่องล้างจานใช้งานไม่ได้ แจ้งแล้วบอกว่าสั่งซื้อใหม่แล้วแต่ช่างยังไม่ แต่ก็น่าจะแจ้งด้วยเราจะได้รู้ อุปกรณ์ของใช้ในครัวมีเยอะมาก แต่หม้อและกระทะเทปล่อนเก่ามากจนดูแล้วอันตรายถ้าจะใช้งาน

Pros: Apartamentul este foarte curat,utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie ,camere spațioase .Am fost un grup de 10 persoane .A fost foarte frumos,cu siguranță v om reveni.

Cons: Nu pot spune ca.nu m ia plăcut ceva .
