Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location!

Pros: The location was very convenient from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and room was clean comfortable.

Cons: Some noise from adjoining rooms and corridor.

Pros: Everything was clean stuff were so nice , daily cleaning nice location very close yo metro, roma termini, bus stations etc. Especially thank you to ladies at the reception they saved our day to give us to their own umbrella❤️

Had good sleep for our 4 nights but could be better had the above nitty gritty been look into., otherwise a lovely room.

Pros: Our room was newly refurbished I think. Excellent decor. Reasonable continental breakfast.

Cons: Though our room was great, the drop from main door and bathroom had a floor drop of around 8 inches. Which is not ideal for waking up in the night especially for older people. The 6 foot long walk in shower pose a danger as no shelves for shampoo etc or grab bar to walk back to sink to place the shower items.

Good size room, clean and good location.

Pros: Location- close to Rome Termini, restaurants. Nice and quiet.

Cons: It was a bit hard to find as there is no big sign out the front displaying it was a hotel. We couldn’t get the aircon to work properly.

Pros: The cleanliness was amazing, every day the staff cleaned our room, nothing was taken from us (money, cards). Hotel was 500 meters away from Termini. The breakfast is also good and you have a lot of options, i dont know why people complain about it in the reviews, breakfast is looking as a normal italian option. The staff guy was amazing, he understand english and told us everything that we needed to know. If im going to rome again im going to that hotel.

Cons: A bad view from the room, but if we are being honest it doesnt really matter because u are going to city anyways and you dont need that.
