Good to stay in this place because its very easy accessible to bus stop and the station

Super clean and quiet place to rest after a long day

Pros: Super clean and quite specially for long walkings around the city. Great mattress and pillows, for a good rest. Good location, 5 minutes form Termini. And we loved Francesca!

Pros: good location, about 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station. clean room, bathroom too. inside kettle, coffee/tea set. the lady who welcomed us speaks only Italian, but we managed to communicate with sign language. room booked for 3 people, but cups, coffee, water were prepared for 2 people - after asking for it we got what we needed.

Cons: room a bit small for 3 people, it was hard to move, little space for your own things. beds creaked a bit, if someone moves around in bed it can wake up the tenants

Very nice stay!

Pros: Very nice stay ! The building is secured and the apartment was very clean. The location is also very convenient (5mn away from Termini station when walking). The communication was also easy, we will come back for sure !

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy and there was very big wardrobe. I like that it has air condition and fridge for our cold drinks. The room is on the 3th floor but there’s no problem there is elevator in the building. I am very happy that I was your guest! Thank you very much 🙂!

Short night over before early bus to Fiumicino

Pros: Came for some hours before an early flight. Place is clean and staff very responsive. Instructions easy to follow.if you plan to go to the trattoria downstairs better book in advance. We loved restaurant Andrea 10min away with very good food and amazing stuff
