Pros: Very pleasant, friendly and helpful staff. The property is very well kept. Location is convenient with respect to the rail terminal and tours pick up. Would like to book again when in Rome.

Cons: May keep a minimum of two water bottles in the room every day.

Pros: Location was very central and close to Roma Termini. Everybody is extremely helpful and cheerful. Breakfast is continental but adequate.

Great room, Poor staff.

Pros: The location, being close to the train station was great for our purpose. The breakfast offered a great range of pastries. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Cons: The only staff that we came in to contact with were the breakfast assistants. They were not very friendly nor helpful. This is the reason we have not provided a rating of 10. They would talk between themselves and leave tables uncleaned. We had to eat on a table with other peoples dirty plates as a result. As soon as the clock struck 09:30, they were very abrupt and rude in telling us that breakfast was over. Not very hospitable.

Pros: It was nice and cosy place. Great localisation - walking distance to Termini and a lot of interesting places. Very clean and tidy. Brand new refurnished bathroom. Delicious Italian style breakfast and coffee.
