Pros: Very clean and close to metro and FAO. Multiple great bistrots/cafes/restaurants nearby. AF Gym is a 25-min walk (saves the cardio).

Pros: If traveling to work or to attend an event at FAO, it is the best place to stay! Comfortable, fair price, good conditions, clean, and Claudia is very nice, friendly and receptive . Good talk! I’ll definitely come back next year.

Good value for money

Pros: The room is about a 20-minute walk from the Colosseum, in a quiet area with nice restaurants around. The host Claudia is very kind, welcoming, and always easy to reach!

Cons: Nothing was really bad or worth complaining about, just keep in mind there can be a bit of noise in the morning when the host comes to the common area/kitchen to prepare breakfast. You’ll find some pastries (mostly sweet – it’s Rome after all!), juice, fruit, and coffee or tea. It’s not a big hotel breakfast, but it’s just enough for a light start to the day.

Pros: The place is centrally located with great public transport connectivity. A lot of the sights are walkable too. The host is just amazing who makes you feel like family. We loved our stay in this cosy place. It is super well maintained and feels like home. Would love to visit again.
