Rome as you feel - Diocleziano Apartment

It was pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was perfect. The size of the bedrooms.

Cons: Needs some improvement: kitchen linem (missing), bathroom windows, wardrobe hang.

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Ideal for what we wanted. 2 big unsuite bedrooms. The kitchen very small but compact has everything you need. Tea,coffee etc supplied as well as. Small mini marts around the corner for milk etc.

Cons: If you have any mobility issues its up 2 good flights of stairs. No lifts available. A little noisy outside in the mornings.

Pros: The apartment was perfect, have to bedrooms and two bathrooms, was clean and we had everything, but we’re waiting 1 hour the host, it was raining a lot outside and he didn’t answer his phone, after 40 minutes of waiting he text me the code for the building and that was so incorrect.

Loved it and would definitely come back!

Pros: This apartment was very well situated and within walking distance of the colosseum, Trevi Fountain & Spanish steps. It was also a five minute walk from Termini which meant getting on the metro was super easy for anything further afield.. The same can be said of the Hop on Hop off Bus. I would highly recommend the restaurant across the street for a meal, La Familglia. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfy! There is noise from the restaurants across the street at night but we were mostly out and about and came back so tired it didn’t bother us. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Cons: The shower in one of the rooms was slow to drain and at times felt like it was going to over flow.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect - close to the main train station and metro station, with a number of tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops within a walking distance. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and the apartment itself is cosy, with a lovely design. We loved two bathrooms (and the washing machine which was not mentioned in the apartment description)and the well equipped kitchen. The owner was very responsive and caring!

Cons: There was a problem with the Wi-Fi router in the apartment - obviously you don't come to Rome to surf the net, but access to it would be useful.:) In the kitchen, a few items were missing, such as dish washing gel, there is also a problem with foul smell under the sink (which strikes you as you open the cupboard beneath it). Right after we arrived, we discovered that some previous guest had damaged the bed and the rubbish bin, but since we reported it immediately to the gentlemen who gave us the keys, we didn't have any problems. Still, it may be worth to check if everything is ok upon arrival - just in case.

Famille avec deux enfants

Pros: La gentillesse de la dame et la rapidité de réponse quand nous l'avons contacté. l'emplacement de cet appartement idéalement situé pour faire toutes les visites à pieds. A 3 minutes à pied de ma gare qui vous pose à l'aéroport en 1h et au pied de l'appartement . De quoi faire les courses à deux pas des restaurants délicieux en vas du logement Les chambres sont très spacieuses très bien équipées avec chacune leur salle bain.

Cons: Il n'y a pas de rideaux occultant dans les chambres et malheureusement il est difficile d'avoir de l'obscurité dans les chambres . Le bruit de l'environnement. Je ne sait pas si il est possible de latenuer car celui-ci est vraiment dérangeant. Nous avons eu un soucis avec internet sans télé pendant 3 jours. Un technicien est passé n'a fait qu’empirer les choses et nous n'avons eu de retour personne j'ai trouvé ça pas très commerçant.

Pros: Apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación, y moderno y cómodo. Enfrente tiene buen restaurante se llama la familia. Las indicaciones del check in son faciles.

Cons: Un secador de un baño le falta potencia, el colchón se podría mejorar. Evitar ir restaurante de la esquina.

Pros: Emplacement proche de la gare Termini, 10 minutes a pied environ. Rue avec trois restau italiens... dont certains clients assez bruyants en fin de repas... le plus proche avec un très bons rapport qualité prix (3 dîners fais). Un service réactif pour l'appart en lingeries et capsule café !

Cons: Restau un peu bruyants donc vaut mieux avoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour laisser les fenêtres ouvertes... Literie de bonne largeur au moins 160 mais un peu molle en matelas et en oreiller pour nous qui aimons une certaine fermeté. Au global un bon séjour dans cet appartement
