Pros: Excellent location, very clean accomodation, great breakfast and coffee..but Marco, the host was the most amazing!!! I can only recommend this place to anyone, it will spice up your stay in Rome for sure!

An amazing stay I wouldn't hesitate to repeat.

Pros: I liked everything about this property. The location was great, I found it walkable to all the main sites and if you didn't want to walk it was also close to the Circo Maximo Metro station. The metro is really easy to use, especially with Tap and Go available. I found it really quiet, which was unexpected considering the central location. Breakfast was great, and Marco would check with me every day if I wanted to change my preferences for the next day. Both Marco and his son also offered both site-seeing and restaurant recommendations every day, depending on my plans. Laundry services were also available which was both affordable and quick, returned within the day. In a lovely and unexpected surprise, I celebrated my birthday during my stay and was given a sweet treat complete with candle to acknowledge the day. If I ever find myself in Rome again I wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was our first visit to Rome, and the perfect peaceful location to explore the city from.

Pros: Marco was an excellent host, from welcome to farewell. He was always ready with a good local recommendation, flexible, and willing to assist. The apartment is a short walk from the Metro and bus stations, and a comfortable walk to the Colosseum. The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely local restaurants and gelaterias. We had a lovely evening making pasta and tiramisu wth Marco in his kitchen.

Pros: Really clean, perfect location, great host. Marco was on hand for any advice and gave us great local tips. The breakfast was perfect too - great value and set us up for the day. The place to stay at for a weekend in Rome!

Pros: Marco's place is a real treasure. Less than a kilometer from the colosseum, ½ kilometer to the hop-on hop-off busses, in a quiet residential neighbourhood and with delicious breakfast, all presided over by the wonderful Marco himself. What a fabulous find!

Pros: Everything was fantastic, location, transport options, quiet safe neighbourhood, cleanliness, home made breakfast but most of all, Marco was so welcoming and helpful with local recommendations and tips on how to make the most of your day. Highly recommended for a bespoke Rome experience!

A fantastic stay in Rome

Pros: The location was perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent value for money at 4 euros each. Marco and his son Luca were fantastic hosts and gave us tips and help. I would 100% stay here again. It was super clean.

Cons: The shower is a little tight but wasn't a problem. Maybe anoter socket or two but again it wasn't a problem at all.
