DOMVS Ginori Testaccio

Pros: Great location in the middle of testaccio - great for food and bars. Apartment was nice a clean and easy to access. Owner was very respondent.

Cons: Minor things - no toilet paper and showers weren’t so warm in the evenings

Great location

Pros: The location is very good with very good restaurants around. Walking distance from metro Piramide which is also connected to the Ostiense train station that lead you to the airport. The property has all what you need for a nice stay. You could cook if you want. As other reviews says, it is on the street level and you cannot open the windows. But in this summer period you will get the AC on and wouldn't open anyway. Francesco is very responsive and quickly answer to all your requests.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was very clean, and the host was extremely kind and helpful—he allowed us to leave our luggage before the check in so we could keep exploring the city, and he gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The location it is really nice and quiet. Some of the attractions were within walking distance, and we also found it easy to get around the city by public transport. The metro and bus stations were close by, and the host had even provided a small map in the apartment showing the metro lines, how to reach different sights, and how long each trip would take. It was super helpful and made visiting Rome really simple.

Cons: The only downside is that the apartment is located on the ground floor, with windows facing the street. While no one can see inside, and you can’t see outside either, it didn’t affect our comfort too much.

Pros: Everything looks exactly like on the photos. The host is really helpful and responded quickly for my messages. Tea and coffee was in apartment and neighbourhood is pleasant.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in nice area

Pros: Very nice authentic area, close to Testaccio markets and lots of nice local restaurants nearby. Nice walk along the canal into the centre. Spacious apartment in a nice building, comfortable bed. Great area and house to come home to after being in crowds all day.

Cons: Ground floor apartment on a corner means you can hear the street traffic (people and cars) through night. Quite noisy on weekend nights, was much quieter on weekdays. Didn’t know we needed to turn boiler on to get hot water to work so first couple showers were cold. After we worked this out, shower was great.
