Pros: The location was good. The rooms are so clean and staff ready to help you.
Cons: If you do not have internet you will have problems of accessing the apartment. The staff provide swrvice remotely. Be ready to help yourself.

Excepcional estadía con mi grupo familiar
Pros: Impecable!! Amplio y muy limpio, las habitaciones grandes, los colchones y almohadas muy cómodos, toallas blancas y suaves, todo, una estancia que disfrutamos mucho.. la zona y sus alrededores espectacular, el mercado de testaccio que queda cerca lo recomiendo, así como las gelaterias cercanas, hasta una peluquería que hay en frente me fue de ayuda 😅
Cons: Lo único a tener en cuenta es que la lavadora no me funcionó bien (o no la supe usar bien), para estancia de +5 días nos hizo falta, de resto todo fue de lujo

Pros: 1. המיקום אומנם לא מרכז היסטורי אבל תחנת אוטובוס/טראם הליכה 3 דק. 20 דקות נסיעה הגעה לאתרים היסטורים. 2. בית קפה ליד עם קפה ומאפה ובזול לא כמו במרכז היסטורי. 3. כמה סופרמרקטים ממש ליד. מסעדה טובה מאד ליד ועוד כמה שלא ניסינו. 4. דירה עצמה וואו: חדש הכל, חדרים ענקיים, מיטות: 2 זוגיות גדולות בכל אחד מחדרי שינה, בסלון מיטת ספה נפתח גם למיטה זוגית ( לא מיטה וחצי). מזרנים מעולים. מאד נקי. ומרווח ומעוצב כמו בית מלון. מבנה עצמו מטופח, שכנים לא שןמעים ולא רואים. 5. שכונה טסטצ'יו בטיחותית, אנשים מתורבית, לא היו אלכוהוליסטים או חשודים. גם בערב נעים. יש מן כיכר, פארק ליד, נחמד לראות מקומים עם ילדים יושבים שם. 6. יש מכונת כביסה- זה היה תנאי חשוב עבורינו ( 5 אנשים ל6 ימים הגענו). היה גם מגהץ, מקרר, כיריים, מדיח, מטבח ממש מרווח.
Cons: 1. דירה לא צויידה מספיק בנייר טואלט עבור 5 ל שך שבוע. קנינו במהלך השהות. 2. היה מעט קפסולותת לכביסה. 3. לא מספיק היה תא, קפסולות קפה, סוכר, מלח, פלפל שחור ושמן טיגון. גם קנינו והשארנו הכל בדירה. על כל עידכנו את בעלי הדירה. 4. אין ניקיון דירה או הוצאת זבל במהלך השהות, רק בתשלום אקסטרה. זה בסדר. הסתדרנו לבד.

Parfait à tous les niveaux.
Pros: Le quartier et super...assez calme mais vivant plutôt familial et amical.. il y a tout à proximité en plus des transports et on peut se déplacer facilement à pied pour rejoindre le Centre historique et Testavere, la partir plus vivante et authentique pour moi que j' ai adoré aussi. L'appartement est très bien situé et très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains c' est pratique à 4 personnes. Personnel super attentionné, réactif et adorbale
Cons: C' était presque parfait..j aurai juste mis un ou deux torchons dans la cuisine mais sinon il y avait tout.. Meme les capsules pour la machine à café. Bravo

excellent location and value for money
Pros: very well digitally organized check in and quick response by email. seamless experience. all facilities well thought through and the bathroom are really like in a 4 star hotel.
Cons: the digital lock was sometimes slow to respond and the key to the main door was out of order.

Very nice, clean apartment in a quiet safe neighborhood outside of high tourist areas.
Pros: I loved that it was quiet, close to the river and a nice distance from heavily touristy areas. Good transportation options were available. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. Communication with the support staff was very good and helpful.

Se voltarmos a Roma para uma terceira visita, o Best Rent Testaccio seria uma excelente opção.
Pros: Apartamento com 2 quartos amplos e confortáveis. Ar-condicionado em todos os comodos. Sala adequada, acesso a internet com boa qualidade, Smart TVs e cozinha bem equipada. A localização é muito boa, vários mercados próximos, transporte publico próximo. Centro histórico acessível à pé, com 20 minutos de caminhada pela margem do rio.
Cons: Falta um suporte para a ducha do banheiro da suíte! Seria muito útil a disponibilidade de cabides e gavetas para roupas nos quartos.

Overall our family like th stay in this apartment, we would love to stay one of these days your property in Milan.
Pros: The property is very comfortable and clean and quiet. Also it’s close to the good restaurants.
Cons: The location is not close to the public transportation so we always took a taxi and over.
