Pros: external appearance of the building. the rooms are located above the restaurant, which means contact 20 hours a day for everything you need. spba neat and clean, towels are new, not old. large room with bathroom. the owners are kind.

Super… ma con una pecca

Pros: Ottima struttura,posizione super comoda. A meno di 10 minuti dalla metro. C’è anche la comodità di avere il ristorante della struttura proprio sotto il b&b.

Cons: Concordo con alcuni commenti, riguardo la pulizia. Nonostante avevo chiesto l’orario di quando venivano a pulire la stanza(15.00)….quando siamo tornati la sera,era ancora tutto come avevamo lasciato. Ma dopo aver sollecitato alla reception il giorno seguente hanno pulito la stanza.

Pros: Posizione ottimale per noi, zona tranquilla (San Saba è un gioiellino di Roma!), facilmente raggiungibile. Comodissimo il fatto che i proprietari abbiano un caffè/bar/ristorante/pizzeria sotto all'alloggio, praticamente sempre aperto.

Cons: Unica pecca: un po' di rumore nello stanzino adiancente alle camere: nno so se è il sistema di riscaldamento, la zona lavanderia o cosa, ma è un po' rumorosa.

Pros: Splendida accoglienza. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Stanza pulita e ben curata. Le foto e i servizi corrispondono perfettamente all' annuncio. Piuttosto vicino alla metro piramide (raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti), zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Bar e ristorante sotto alla stanza gestito dagli stessi proprietari. Fantastico anche il servizio bar e ristorante. Lo consiglio assolutamente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la prossima volta che torno a Roma sarà la mia prima scelta. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Complimenti!!!

Pros: Posizione ottima Sigra Erika disponibile e attenta. Pulizia ottima. Condizionatore non ben regolabile ma data l ora tarda non ho richiesto io consapevolmente delucidazioni che mi sarebbero state date (anche per la TV)

Cons: Dato l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo non migliorerei nulla.
