The Rabbit Hole

Pros: Very very good location and nice staff! One room apartment on the 1st floor. Very comfy bed and pillows! Cute bathroom.

Cons: Loud from the staircase. It could have been cleaner. The bedsheets and towels smelled funny. Hairdryer needs forever for long hair.

Most perfect accommodation in 35 years traveling

Pros: Absolutely wonderful. Have stayed in Rome many times and this was my absolute favourite accommodation. It felt like......a home. 5 mins stroll from the Pantheon, 5 mins from Campo di Fiori, 5 mins from Trastevere. Quiet inside the apartment, snug, warm, spotless. Perfect shower, coffee machine, mini fridge etc (think there was a microwave too). Michela and Luigi responded instantly to any question I had and provided every help regarding anything I needed. The cleaning staff too were amazing. Yup, it's small - it's exactly as in the photos - but, in 35 years of travelling, it instantly became my favourite accommodation and my favourite hosts. I really can't sing their praises enough. Thank you so, so much. (Oh, one other HUGE plus: as well as location and being secure AND being quiet at night - lovely neighbours - it was also just up a half flight of stairs: which, when you've a suitcase, or are tired from walking.....if you know Rome, you know this is a rare find).

Cons: I would have liked an iron and small ironing board, just to freshen up clothes. (Italians are very stylish you know! 😂). There's probably space for one in the small cupboard next to the shower. But hey, that's just me.

Pros: As a solo traveller I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It’s such a great and central location. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops surrounding and all within walking distance to all of the beautiful sites of Rome! I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in ideal location for exploring Rome

Pros: We loved the location, which is in easy walking distance of all must see sights and allowed us to explore beautiful Rome in the best way! Despite being so close to everything, it’s nice and quiet away from the main streets. The space of the room is used perfectly such that everything is included that one might need. We were welcomed very warmly, have appreciated the easy check in and check out process and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely recommend this place! The only thing worth mentioning on the less positive side is that both the water pressure in the shower and the power of the hair dryer are a bit low for long hair.

Brilliant, you won't regret it!

Pros: The room is super clean and comfy. It had everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. The hosts met us at the property and were very friendly and explained everything and answered our questions. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!!!

Cons: Nothing, everything was great. To be honest, we didn't really spend much time in the room, so much to see and do in Rome. Over 30,000 steps a day on our watches :)

Very Pleasant apartment with a very helpful owner

Pros: The property is very central to all tourist attractions and surrounds with many good restaurants. 3 minute walk to buses and trams.

Absolutely loved the Rabbit Hole

Pros: We loved everything about the Rabbit Hole. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Good aircon, security, fresh air, great shower and good wifi. We walked to all the major sightseeing locations. Restaurants and cafes were just around the corner as well. The host was easy to contact and he was available if we had any questions. We have recommended the property to others already.

Pros: We loved our stay in The Rabbit Hole. It’s a unique apartment away from the bustling streets of rome with lots or nearby bars and restaurants. Such a central location so all the tourist spots were walkable. Our host greeted us and ran us through the basics with very good English (our Italian is somewhat lacking!) Thank you for a wonderful experience.
