Fantastic!

Pros: A quieter part of town, we love walking so never had to get public transport or taxis but very accessible if you did want to. Great amenities around also. Very clean, like being in your own little apartment, no one bothered you, it was quiet and tidy, very suitable for a couple. A beautiful building but very modern inside. Thank you Gianfranco & staff!

Pros: great location, and good value, easy to walk around Rome from here. Clean and comfortable room.

Cons: My phone and internet connection was not working very well, so we didn't get the messages to let us know the entrance codes. Fortunately a lovely man helped us and called so got us in.

Pros: The apartment was in a good location, 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. Reasonable selection of restaurants and bars, overall nice place.

Cons: Not really ideal if you are a wheelchair user, steps and very small lift.

Lovely choice of accom for a stay in this amazing city.

Pros: Location was fantastic for a 15min walk to the Vatican City/Sistine Chapel. Lovely room and our host was excellent. Code provided for access to the building on the outside and for our room so didn’t matter that we were arriving late in the evening.

Cons: Bed was too firm for us but may suit others. Certainly didn’t spoil our stay in beautiful Rome.

Pros: The man at the front desk was very friendly and hospitable, plus there were phone chargers, coffee, first aid kit, etc in the lobby at no cost. The room was very nice and even had a jacuzzi. Location was great and we really enjoyed staying in the room!

Pros: The building is in a safe and upgraded neighbour. It is very close to piazza del popolo, so the access to momentums in the centre is very easy. The building is on a main street. The room was clean and comfortable with nice pillows and matrix. Plus, our room had a small (also private) balcony.

Cons: The noise cancellation is not that good with the adjoining room, however the noise cancellation regarding the outside noise, like rain and ambulances, was very good.
