Lovely stay in Rome. Great place to stay. Easy to get to all of the attractions.

Pros: lovely room with everything we needed. Great little kitchen area. Private and quiet room. Owners went out of their way to be helpful and to accommodate us when the air conditioner wasn't working.

Cons: Airconditioning in the first room was not working, but we were moved to a new room where the air-conditioning worked well.

Excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and close to everything you’d want to see in Rome. I checked in quite late but self-check in instructions were very clear and I had no problem at all. Owner was excellent with communication.

Great place for short stays, very welcoming and and clean.

Pros: room size and shared kitchenette facilities. all clean and very welcoming. the room itself is very spacious, the bathoom small but has got everything you need for a short stay. also loved the free coffees and biscuits available to guests for breakfast. there was also a free bottle of wine left in the kitchen but we didn't use it.

Cons: the bed mattress and pillows weren't the most comfortable. Also the bed was very squeaky, the minimal movement made it squak a lot, but aside from that everything else was very good and nice!

Great communication and perfect for last minute!

Pros: We had to book last minute because our original arrangements were terrible and let me tell you! This was fabulous! Couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was exactly like the photos! And the owner was very great with communication on mine and my husbands needs! From the start we loved that there was tea and a kettle, the towels were clean everything was perfect. The location was so beautiful in a nice little villa.

Cons: The water in the shower was always cold for us, it wasn’t awful but I do wish it worked once!
