Pros: Very cosy and clean. The owner very friendly and communicative. Very close of all the important points in Rome.

Pros: Location is the strongest point. Just 200-300m from St.Angel castle.

Cons: Poor ventilation plus loud neighbourhood. You have to choose - open window to breath or close window to sleep.

Amazing staff and great location

Pros: The room was clean, smaller than I imagined the pictures but good overall. The staff were AMAZING. Andrea was very supportive when we arrived till we got to the hotel and Yudy helped with checking us in. They were both wonderful and made the stay comfortable with no issues at all. The location was great, easy to navigate the city and had good restaurants at walking distance. Andrea helping with a taxi at 1am when we were checking out was the cherry on top.

Cons: I will save more money to get myself a bigger room 🙂

Nice place to stay in Rome

Pros: A very nice stay, the room was clean and cozy, and the area was quiet and nice. The location is very close to Saint Angelo Castle and Vatican. The metro station Lepanto is about 5 min walking. There are 2 small supermarkets near the the apartment and the street is very nice, with some cafes. Gelatteria Latte di Neve, with local icecream, is very close.

Cons: The temperature in the room was low, and it was cold, but we called Andrea, and the problem was solved quite quickly. The breakfast is actually composed by 1 coffee, 1 croissant and 1 bottle of juice at the cafe downstairs... so you shouldn't expect for a more consistent breakfast...

Pros: The location is really good as it’s not on a busy main road. It was clean and convenient for access to central Rome and local public transport.

Cons: There are some steps to navigate to get to the room so be mindful of this if you’re carrying a lot of luggage or you have some disabilities or injuries.

Wonderful!

Pros: The place is superb! The rooms is really nice and comfortable. Full of nice details. The building is beautiful and safe, and the locations is wonderful. Close enough to walk to the Vatican or city centre but with a great array of buses and metro around, and surrounded by Great restaurants, shops and cafes.

Cons: There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: Really great room, in a great location, you can visit the whole city on foot! There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and two shops opposite. Really good place! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Possibility of making coffee in the hall

Cons: The air conditioning, which turned off and the room was too warm when it was almost 40C outside. Unfortunately, this made the stay in the room often uncomfortable. Wifi wouldn't work in the living/sleeping room and I often had to go out to the hall to use the internet freely
