Amazing 10/10
Pros: Amazing stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was very friendly and helpful, and also beautiful lady who keeps everything clean. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Pros: Good position. Close to metro station and close to the most important places in Rome.
Cons: I have booked accommodation with free cancellation up to few days before arrival. And I didn't needed to pay in advance. It was written that I will be charged on the arrival day at the accommodation reception. And the owner started to sending me a message first on booking and later on WhatsApp if I can pay earlier and send a copy of transaction... And also if I can send a copy of my ID. I wrote that I will do it before trip or on the day of arrival. Those messages were sent 2 or 3 times during the different days. On the arrival date I had to make a bank transfer to the bank account of the owner because they don't have anyone at the reception. And the owner sent a me a message again with request of copy of transaction.. During the first and second day of my stay. The payment was done during the weekend and transaction was not visible on his bank account until Monday. On the reception there is a device for payment / charges.. I have never expected before that owner ask for a transaction almost a month before a arrival day (when I booked my room with free cncl up to 5 days before arrival) ... Never been asked for an ID copy before the arrival day. Just because of the communication with the owner I would never book the same accommodation. He left the keys for the room in a bar near the building. I didn't have any issue with that.

Pleasant stay, would recommend
Pros: The apartment is very well located so you can explore the whole city center on foot. The hosts were very accommodating and we were able to arrange everything with them. They answered all of our needs. The room was clean and it has everything you need for pleasant stay.
Cons: The bed is uncomfortable and hard. The sound isolation is not very good because we could hear the doors closing in the other rooms.

Pros: so we have chosen the spesific rooms due to the location. Everything was perfect. The host was very helpful and kind with us. You can go anywhere from the room. There are many cafes, shops and restaurants around the room and there are many bus i lines who can leads you to the centre of the city. So, about the room everything was perfect. There were always clean towels an clean floor. thank you very much for making us remember with more love out wedding trip 😁

Manu was such a lovely host and was always willing to help us by giving us information via WhatsApp and making arrangeme
Pros: The location was absolutely ideal, 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, 15 minutes from the pantheon, 5 minutes from the metro (for the colosseum etc)

Way above expectation for the price
Pros: This isn't a hotel it's a private room within a building local people live so you get a more authentic vibe. The room was nice, a little small but everything you need. The best thing is it was in an incredible position, surrounded by places to eat, a supermarket across the road and no more then a 20-25 minute walk from all the main sites. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: Because it's not a hotel, it's slightly more difficult to find but not over so.

Pros: Very good localisation, helpful staff, flexible hours, the room was clean and cosy.
Cons: The shower cabin got quite a lot of mold, the room was dark and got limited access to sunlight. Also it was exposed to loud sounds from the street but earplugs did the work.
