Domus 28 - Perfetto

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for a city break in Rome. Our apartment faced the inner courtyard and it was SO quiet at night. We didn't hear a thing. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. In the room they provide tea/coffee, a kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron and toiletries & a TV. On the street directly below the apt there is a chemist, gelato shop, pizza shop and within 3 mins walk there are 2 small supermarkets and several restaurants. From the apt to Castel St.Angelo / the Vatican is only an easy 5 - 10 min walk and the old city 10 mins. The Metro Lepanto is literally an 8 min flat walk. The staff were extremely efficient and helpful and the place was spotless. I would highly recommend it for a place to stay in Rome.

Great stay

Pros: The location was great, outside of all the mess but walking distance from both the old town and vatican. The room was ample and clean and the bed comfortable. We thought many different areas to stay but we were glad we chose this one.

Cons: If I have to say anything, if you have a light sleep like me make sure you bring some backup earplugs. I understand soundproofing its a hard thing to solve completely as it much depends on the building construction but it was easy to hear people arriving or using the shower. With my plugs though I had no issue whatsoever and peoplr were respectful with the noise.

Pros: The place is spotless and perfectly located! It’s within walking distance of the center of Rome, yet just far enough away to feel peaceful and uncrowded. There are plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local vibe. The beds are very comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Cons: Nothing to complain about at all! Ilenia, our main point of contact, was extremely responsive and always quick to reply. She was very friendly, accommodating, and truly helpful throughout our stay.

Pros: Lovely, modern and clean good size room with tea/coffee facilities, fridge. Friendly concierge and helpful staff. Located in a nice, safe area with bars, restaurants and shops , good location for sightseeing and metro.

Cons: No complaints , everything was good for a short stay.

Very comfortable room

Pros: Great location, spacious modern designed room and bathroom, very comfortable bed with pillows for choise. Nice and warm.

Cons: Some noise coming from a device behind the window (heater?).

Pros: We loved our stay at Domus 28. Our host was super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in a great location, walking distance to the Vatican City and close to many shops and restaurants. It has good public transport links too.

It's been a very nice stay, everything's clean etc. Nice coffee available, tea in the room.

Pros: Just perfect location, not to mention it's near the Vatican, there are also lots of Romes good-quality, non-touristic restaurants all around this place. Transport to the airport is just around the corner.

Cons: The walls are so thin that you can hear everything what's going on in the house. If your neighboor is a family with a lot of small kids - make no mistake, put your earplugs in the suitcase.

Wonderful apartments near the center

Pros: Convenient location, many places to eat breakfast nearby. The apartment is very cozy, clean, warm, the bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary toiletries. The apartment staff is very polite, always happy to help. If I'm in Rome, I'll gladly stay here again!

Pros: Great location close to the city centre while still feeling like a nice residential area - close to great food options, including a couple of supermarkets, pizza places, and bakeries/coffee shops. Staff were super friendly and service focused, appreciated much their effort to ensure all went well.
