Pros: Amazing location and big beautiful room. The building is very authentic and nice.

Cons: It takes a bit long for the water of the shower to get hot. We were informed that they have a boiler because it would require a tank that's too large to provide hot water for all the rooms and they don't have that much space to install it.

Great Choice!

Pros: The property is on the fifth floor of a lovely building and is well presented. It was comfortable for two people - natural light & the a/c worked well. A small communal area with coffee machine was handy. Within 15-20 minutes by foot you can be at most of the main spots in Rome - bus and metro are close by. Ilenia was very helpful and responded quickly to any messages.

Cons: The shower is not very hot but it’s manageable in the warmer weather for a couple of days. The toilet did not flush intermittently - Ilenia responded quickly and arranged a plumber but it continued

Pros: Super clean and beautiful room. The personnel super kind and the neighbourhood amazing and super easily to move. We mostly walked, many buses pass around the apartment! Coffee machine and coffee available all the time, much appreciated 👏

Cons: The soundproofing was not good, there were some sounds and neighbours to whom we could listen. Moreover the toilet flush made weird noises.
