Perfetto

Pros: Massimo is an exceptional host, he was quick to respond to all our messages. The apartment is in a wonderful, quiet and safe part of the city. Supermarkets are very close, well connected by metro and buses to all attractions. The apartment is extremely clean, almost renovated, nice interior, well-equipped kitchen. We will stay here again next time, thanks Massimo!!!

Cons: The only small problem is that the water in the shower often changes from hot to cold.

Felt welcomed and enjoyed the comfy stay 😊

Pros: Everything was sparkling clean, which we appreciate. Comfortable apartment. Note the only sofa is used as a bed when four visitors 😉 Comfortable double bed mattress. The pillows you will need to mix and match to find something comfy. Though it is not in the center, it is only (I think) 5 stops away via bus from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, which were my favourite spots. About a 10min walk from the bus or metro station...easy and safe with our 2 young daughters. The neighbourhood itself is very quiet...great for a good night's rest. It was VERY sweet of the host to leave a bottle of Prosecco, cookies, coffee and other things to eat. This welcome package is not common anymore, so it was much appreciated...made us feel special and welcome when we arrived 😊 The host allowed us to leave our bags until 11h30 since our flight only left later the day. Thank you again for this!

Cons: The coffee machine leaked when we arrived. We reported it and the host apologised sincerely. We didn't want to use the machine in case it could damage further, so had to live without our morning coffee for a few days. I'm sure this will be fixed quickly.

Pros: Wir waren mit zwei Kids (11 und 14) eine Woche dort und rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, gute Bus- und U-Bahn Anbindung, viele Restaurants und Cafés in Laufnähe, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausstattung und Aufteilung super und sehr geräumig. Sehr schönes Gebäude mit Innenhof und erstaunlich ruhig. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Massimo, vielen Dank.

Pros: 房子比图片更漂亮，房子在一个小区里面，小区里有花园。房间铺设了木地板，卫生很干净，很舒适，就像家里一样。附近有地铁站和公交站去景点很方便也不远。房东很热情，回复也很及时。非常推荐，下次来罗马还住这里。

Pros: Departamento muy amplio, luminoso y limpio. También la ubicación es practico para ir a cualquier punto de Roma

Cons: El check in fue un poco complicado en principio pero luego Maximus muy amablemente nos ayudó con el mismo.

Pros: 広々としたお部屋、セキュリティがしっかりしていること。Stadio Olimpicoに歩いても行けます（40分。バスだともっと早いですが、時刻表があてにならないので）。ホストのマッシモさんがかなりまめに連絡をくださるのも好印象でした。

Cons: とくにありません。エアコンが点きませんでしたが、シャッターを閉めたまま窓を開ければ十分涼しかったです。

large, elegant apartment in quiet upscale Roman neighborhood

Pros: Beautiful, elegant, modern, spacious first-floor apartment in nice Prati section of Roma. Good lighting for reading, very quiet with windows closed. Washing machine and drying rack, small balcony. Well-supplied kitchen included welcome basket with treats. Massimo is the perfect host, picking us up at Termini and giving us good orientation to the apartment and neighborhood. Fine location with short walk to Metro or the Tiber River. Perfect apartment for a visit to Roma.

Cons: Water temperature in shower fluctuated between hot and cold.
