I LOVE ROMA Guest House

Comfortable and spacious room with a good location.

Pros: It was well located and very spacious, the room was comfortable and clean. It is my second time staying here!

Cons: The communication with the staff was a bit hard to check in and leave the luggage on the day we checked out as we couldn't find them or get in contact with them. Once we did they were very nice!

I would stay again!

Pros: Really nice clean, spacious and quiet room. Suitable walking distance to all the main tourist attractions but there is also public transport is outside the hotel. I arrived late and the check in was fairly straight forward, I collected the keys and instructions from the restaurant over the road. Would be much easier to arrive earlier.

Cons: Shower pressure was weak but not a big deal.

All in all, nice, clean please, on a good location and I would go again.

Pros: Friendly staff. They let us leave the bags until check in. Rooms were clean and big enough.

Cons: The bad in our room didn't provide the best comfort.

Pros: Excellent location. We visited all main tourist sites by walking.

Pros: I stayed in Rome with my boyfriend for 3 nights. The room was very spacious, the towels were changed daily, and the building had a very cool lift, which was super convenient since we had two big suitcases. The location was perfect too, within walking distance to the main attractions.

A beautiful vacation.

Pros: The beautiful location, close to all the places to visit.

Cons: The bathroom door had been replaced and the repair was not finished; they stuck white sheets over the areas with stains and dirt, and around the handle it was dirty. These are the downsides.

Pros: Location was a great plus, super close to Vatican, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, bus stop was directly under our accomodation for travelling longer distance Located on a very nice safe street with very good gelato and pizza shop just downstairs, street was super safe and not too busy Room was clean with black out curtains, multiple towels were given and changed during our stay Self check in option was super easy, self check out was also great Minibar was equiped with nice drinks for low price

Cons: The room was bit unfinished, like the tiles in bathroom around the door, AC was leaking little bit so wall was covered with papers, minibar was sometimes loud during the stay but you can just unplug it if you dont need it. The walls very pretty thin as stated in other reviews but didnt cause problem, we barely heard anyone, just little bit when someone was entering the main door. The beds were extremely soft, made from like memory foam matress, you just sank in (might be uncomfortable for some people ) A carpet would be nice touch for the room, the floor is just like poured out cement. In other words, for the price of roughly 100€ per night it is acceptable and I would stay again, however there are some minor details and finishing touchea that would make the stay perfect :)

Pros: Good tidy room with a great amenities and facilities. Great location for budget friendly accommodation that requires only a short bus rides to all the main attractions which is really easy to do!!

Cons: Not a very straight forward check in process especially if you arrive after 6pm. Would have preferred a face to face check in especially when needing your documents like your passport.

Pros: Good staf, good comodation, good location, perfect cleaning. We will come back.

Cons: Internet conection missing in room 4.

Very nice place

Pros: Very nice place and excellent location. If you come from Fiumicino, you can take bus to Vatican. The room was cleaned every day.

Cons: There was not a sign for the hotel on the front door.
