Italy 🇮🇹

Online check-in and check-out (Cooperative Staff).

Pros: I liked the property in general, quiet zone, also the building is residential one. The apartment was clean. Bed Linen and towels were at disposal. I liked it in general.

Cons: I found 2 things which were concerning: 1) The elevator makes noise a lot, since it is a more than 10 floor building, the whole night people use it and it keeps noising throughout the night. 2) The bed makes noise as well. I understand the former is not in the hands of property owner to resolve, but definitely, the later can be resolved by replacing or fixing the bed.

Alojamiento maravilloso

Pros: El check in y la información de la zona fue excelente. Tienen un check in sistematizado simple y eficaz. El lugar impecable en la limpieza y organización y los detalles como el té y el capuccino dan una acogida maravillosa al huésped. Me encantó!
