Pros: The accommodation was very pleasant and offered great privacy. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they showed us where to go, how to get around, and even picked us up from the bus station. I’ve never experienced such amazing service anywhere else. Breakfast was excellent every day, the environment was quiet and relaxing, with a spacious terrace full of greenery and beautiful surroundings. The service was truly the highlight of our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only small downside was that the bathroom was not located directly in the room but outside of it. However, this was clearly mentioned on Booking in advance, so it was not a surprise. Overall, it did not significantly affect our stay.

Very good stay in Rome

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Rome. The location is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations and making check-in smooth and easy. The host’s hospitality truly made a difference. They were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience and a place we would happily book again on our next visit to Rome.

Perfect location in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommende.

Pros: We had a short night stay at the end of our trip and the quiet location was perfect for us and just what we needed before a long travel day ahead. It was within walking distance to a lovely supermarket, restaurants and bars. The host Loi went out of his way ahd fetched us from the station and stopped me back at the station. Andrea and Loi were very warm and welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pros: Everything was really fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Andrea is a wonderful and caring host. He picked me up from the bus station and even gave me a little tour on the way, which was really helpful. He also gave me a map and told me about the best attractions, viewpoints, and cafes. Breakfast was big and tasty (thanks, Louis!). The room was spacious and clean. Thank you for everything — I’ll definitely come again. Wishing you great guests!

Pros: free WiFi, and will have the breakfast made by hosts also you can obtain a good map for your Roma trip

Pros: Breakfest was smaller than expected (croissant and yoghurt). Transport to metro and evening tea for free.

Cons: Bigger selection for breakfest.
