Pros: The room was lovely and clean . Nice little extras in the room . Host easy to get on with and responded quickly to questions . Easy access to train station and buses to get to the main tourist areas .

Pros: La posizione era ottima,vicino la fermata della metro e al capolinea degli autobus,il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo a risolvere alcuni miei problemi!sicuramente ritornerò lì se andrò a Roma!

Cons: Jedyny minus to to że apartament znajduję się trochę pod poziomem ziemii i jest w nim dość ciemno.

Pros: El sitio muy tranquilo y muy cerca del metro. Teníamos un supermercado al lado. El encargado del hospedaje fue muy amable y siempre estaba dispuesto a conseguir que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible.

Cons: El aseo era pequeño y echamos de menos tener una tostadora

Pros: We booked a triple room (note that the whole accommodation space is an apartment with individual bathrooms and bedrooms, and a shared kitchen and entrance hall), which looked exactly like the pictures. The location is very convenient, as it has a market, coffee shops and the Arco di Travertino metro station within a 5-min walk, it is far from the agitation of the old town area, and it is a ~20min metro ride from the tourist attractions. The room was clean and we had some amenities in the room which we appreciated (soap/shampoo, candy, blowdrier). The host was very polite and helpful with the indications for the self check-in/check-out, and even left a small gift for us, as someone in our group had their birthday during our stay - we were very thankful for the thoughtfulness, especially as it came unexpectedly. All in all it was good value for the money and, should we ever come back to Rome, we'd book it again

Cons: The walls are quite thin and you can hear your neighbors (and vice-versa, they can hear you), but nothing terrible. Also the bathroom has room for just 1 person, it is quite small, yet clean and equipped with the essentials (towels, soap, shampoo).

Rifugio di pace e cortesia

Pros: Un piccolo rifugio di pace e cortesia sull’Appia Nuova, a due passi dall’antica bellezza dell’Appia Antica. Accoglienza impeccabile, di quelle che scaldano il cuore: gentilezza sincera, disponibilità incredibile e un’attenzione rara per ogni dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono pulitissimi, arredati con gusto e cura, e la vicinanza alla metro rende tutto ancora più comodo. Un luogo che unisce comfort, eleganza e umanità — difficile trovare di meglio. Qui non sei solo un ospite, ma qualcuno che viene accolto davvero.

Super consigliato

Pros: Tutto molto pulito e a due passi dalla metro Arco di travertino. Proprietario super disponibile, ha cercato di venirmi incontro in qualsiasi modo. Consigliatissimo!!

Pros: Sitio super tranquilo y en una zona increíble lleno de restaurantes, cafetería y supermercado ,la ubicación es perfecta si buscas alejarte del centro de roma para poder descansar y tienes la boca del metro a 5 min a pie que te deja en pleno centro en 20 min. Nosotros volveremos seguro
