Rome Cozy Room

Amazing stay and amazing host!

Pros: Rita was amazing host. She was very, very kind and helpfull since our first contact, even before we paid for our stay. Apartment is renovated, almost brand new and it is located in nice building. It is very peaceful, eventhough there is a pretty busy road and railway in front of the building, but apartment is oriented on the other side. You won't have any problems with transportation because there are trams and buses almost every 5-10 minutes.

Cons: Only downside is the part of the city where the apartment is located, because streets and railway roads are not cleaned as often as they should be. But, that's not different in any other part of the Rome I would say, except parts with tourist attractions.

Pros: Very kind women that was providing the accommodation. Answered every question we had about transportation, shops, restaurants etc. Even when we arrived at the airport she answered questions about transportation from there to the accommodation. I do not remember the name that I am sorry for. Cozy room but nothing was missing. We were staying for the weekend and it suited perfectly for our stay. Air conditioning was functioning well so if you are not used to the hot weather, you can survive with the help of ACU. Location is just fine, as you can take the bus or train to the city centre for 1,5EUR and the station is a few meters away. Recommended.

Pros: The owner (Rita) was very kind and warm either way us. The room was very clean and every corner was spotless. Very nice place to stay in Rome. Tram and bus station are very close to the room (50-100m) at worst.

Pros: The location was very neat and clean. The hostess Rita was very caring, kind and very responsible. Every time I needed to knlw something not just for the appartement but also for the city of Rome she replied swiflty, so she also served as a tour guide giving us very useful tips about the places to visit and restaurants to have dinner in the city.

Pros: Stanza spaziosa, luminosa e tranquilla. Ho molto apprezzato l'host che mi ha aspettato fino all'arrivo, nonostante fossi leggermente in ritardo. Mi ha anche dato degli ottimi consigli sulla zona

Pros: Ho viaggiato da sola con la mia cagnolina e siamo state benissimo. La struttura è accogliente, tranquilla e molto pulita. Rita è stata davvero gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio assolutamente!

Pros: La proprietaria è una persona gentilissima, simpatica e disponibile ! La stanza era pulitissima e accogliente, nessun rumore ne schiamazzi durante la notte. È una zona periferica ma arrivare alla stazione termini o al centro è semplice avendo sia il tram che i bus che si fermano quasi davanti il portone dello stabile.
