Great!

Pros: The accommodation is really close to metro and it's really spacey. You have approx. 10 minutes by walking to metro. Restaurants, cafes, shops, pharmacy... Everything is really close of the accommodation. The owner is very friendly and approachable. The room is very clean and tidy. The center of Rome is about 5 km away by metro.

Amazing

Pros: Amazing location 100 meters from bus, 900 from big tiburtina station. You have all you need few meters away, mcdonald's, bk, MA supermercati etc. Amazing stuff, location, and very clean!

Stay at Guesthouse

Pros: The host is very welcoming and polite, the apartment is very beautiful and clean, the renovation has just been completed, the service is at a very high level, daily cleaning, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, iron, TV, hair dryer, etc. There was great internet and air conditioning the whole time. There are supermarkets and shops nearby, everything is close and very convenient. We really enjoyed staying with Alessandro, thank you for the wonderful reception.

Pros: Everything was great. We got everything that was promised to us. Our AC stopped working but the owner gave us some money in compensation.

Cons: I think a washing machine could be a great addition (if there is one, we didn't find it)

A week long trip to Rome I would definitely do again.

Pros: The apartment was very open and light. The room itself and the bathroom were nicely furnished and always clean. Everything that was needed was there and if you wanted to go for a coffee, a trip to the supermarket or do some shopping, everything was around the corner. Alessandro and his team were very welcoming and explained any question I had. We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

Nouvel an à Rome

Pros: La chambre est spacieuse avec une table et des rangements. Le linge de lit et des serviettes sont fournies. J'ajouterai un miroir et un oreiller supplémentaire pour que ça soit parfait. Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont agréables. Il est très réactif. Ils nous a fournis les tickets petits déjeuner à notre arrivée. Les tickets donnent accès à un cappuccino et un croissant dans plusieurs boulangerie du quartier.

Cons: La pression de la douche est pas très bonne (sûrement dû au 8eme étage) et le pommeau serait également à changer.

Pros: Хороша організація поселення, як для першого відвідування Риму рекомендую, хороша геолокація легко добратись з аіропорта Фьюмічіно. За таку ціну дуже хороші умови.

Cons: До самого житла претензій немає, сніданкі скромні в місцевих кафе лише напій і круасан.
