Pros: Very nice location, not far away from metro Station Tiburtino., about 8 min walking Good value. Everybody's is very friendly and helpful, especially Mr.Giulio Highly recommend

Pros: Comfortable room. All was self service and coffee etc was available 24 hours. Nice balcony to sit and relax. Breakfast was self service and simply put dishes in dishwasher after. 10 minutes walk to the metro. We are out at lunch and brought our food back for the Evening to eat on the balcony. For the money, in Rome the place was wonderful. Owner easy to chat on what'sapp. Check in was self checking via WhatsApp and checkout same. Really nice place for the money

Pleasant hotel!

Pros: Very clean hotel in a great location - walking distance to bus stops and train station. Many shops a few roads down. The coffee machine in the shared kitchen was great, as was the fruit bowl. Beautiful terrace. Quiet.

Cons: The AC wasn’t working too well as we couldn’t change the temperature and would wake up very cold. The TV was not working. The breakfast consisted of packaged cookies/crossaints/cereals so was not very varied but at least there was fruit/coffee available.

Rome, La Palma

Pros: The room is very clean and spacious and comfortable. There are hot drinks facilities and shared kitchen facilities and a little terrace area for relaxing in.

Cons: The metro wasn't working due to construction during the weekend we visited which made it difficult to enter the centre of Rome.

Pros: Just out of the centre of rome but trainstation 5 mins walk away. Room was clean excellent value for money

Pros: Clean and quiet, comfortable beds, good AC in bedrooms, friendly owners and staff. Nice bathroom, creative lights, coffee machine was very helpful, nice terrace. Free baby cot was provided after our request. WI-FI is free and good. We were lucky that from 5 rooms only one was occupied in the other side of corridor - no one disturbed us. Owner always in touch and very polite.

Cons: AC in the kitchen was not working, we couldn’t find remote, it was too cold and we had no chance to eat in the kitchen, but in the bedrooms ( we were with two kids). Also wasn’t possible to use TV’s in both bedrooms, we couldn’t turn it on, I think remote batteries need to be replaced. We are not big fans of TV so it was ok, we used our devises. Also door lock to be repaired-part is moving and my wife damaged her jacket. Breakfast should be more variety except cookies, croissants and some fruits, we were promised by Daniele that some food will be in the fridge but it wasn’t.

It's a great room

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room, the staff, the beds.. It was secure and cozy. Staff always happy to help with anything and it's close to many things, like metro, train, train to airport, buses, food chains like burger king and McDonald's, supermarket, etc.. I will definitely consider staying there when i visit Rome again..

Cons: While I didn't necessarily liked the location at first, because it didn't look like i imagined, i grew to love it after because of how close to everything it was and after a big day of sightseeing and visiting all those ancient monuments it felt like home.
