Pretty Tiburtina Room

Pros: Everything matches the expectations. Location, room, clean communication, very calm and tidy place, run by invisible , but helpful hosts.

Cons: Everything was good

Great accomodation for a good price! - Great value!

Pros: Great host! Very welcoming, did let us in early and leave our luggage when we already checked out to collect it in the evening (late departure). Room was very spacious and quiet as well! Area isnt the prettiest but close to a train and metro station.

Cons: Nothing. For the price everything was wonderful!

Pros: Room is very clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable and you can choose thick or thin sheets. In bathroom is everything what you need shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Near Tiburtina underground’s station- 20 min to colosseum.

Cons: There is a common area where is only kettle, microwave, paper cups and plastic cutlery. No plates, mugs or steel cutlery.

Pros: The hotel is near the train station, bus station and metro station. The hotel room was cleaned and we had some tea bags, coffee cups and sugar. We had enough clean towels and a foot towel after the shower.

Cons: The hotel was very hard to find, it turned out that this hotel is located in an apartment building. Kettle, microwave, coffee maker are outside the room but we didn’t know about it. There were only one small bag of shampoo for a person for 5 days - this is very little. The room sometimes smelled of cigarettes and noise.

Pros: Exceptional communication line with the host. Close to the station. Close to the bus stop if you have luggage. Welcome bottle of water, coffee and chocolate provided.

Cons: One side of the bed was a bit squeaky.

Very nice apartment. Can only recommend.

Pros: The cleanliness was great. The very nice and courteous host family was a huge plus. They even gave me tips for restaurants, cafes and bars around Rome. The modern room and relative silence is also enjoyable.

Cons: The placement is not quite in the center of Rome, but everything can be reached well by Metro or Bus.

Soggiorno perfetto

Pros: Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla stazione Tiburtina. Camera pulita e confortevole.

Pros: una camera grande e accogliente. Pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno era molto grande.

Pros: Ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione Tiburtina, 7 minuti a piedi. Camera moderna e ristrutturata, dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali. Gentilezza e completa disponibilità del gestore. Bar, supermercati, ristoranti e fermate del bus a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Pros: La stanza è il vero valore di questo posto. Ampia, spaziosa e luminosa, con un bel bagno grande. Per colazione ci sono diversi bar, e una validissima pasticceria di fronte. Fermata autobus di fronte al palazzo, o a stazione Tiburtina (8 minuti a piedi).

Cons: Tiburtina come quartiere non offre moltissimo, ma c'è un fermata dell'autobus di fronte al palazzo che ti porta ovunque. Le camere potrebbero non sono molto insonorizzate.
