GENESI Suites

Pros: We spent a few days in Rome and found our accommodation to be a pleasant surprise. While it wasn’t located in the most scenic part of the city, it offered excellent transport links—making it easy to reach both the city centre and the airport. The rooms were immaculately presented and finished to a very high standard, providing a comfortable and relaxing base for our stay. We would certainly be happy to stay there again.

Great location a 5-10min walk from the main train station. Would definitely be back to stay, thank you!

Pros: The facilities, the cleanliness and the comfy bed!

Pros: I was very fortunate to have Allessio understand my issues with not having a sim, data, or phone connection. He met me at the property so that I could get into the room and building. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. I was relieved and very grateful. The property was in a great location for what I needed, and it was very clean and had what I needed for my one night stay.

Cons: I'm not keen on electronic check-in, but I can see how convenient it is if you have great WiFi/ data. Otherwise, the accommodation was great for me, as was the location.

Pros: 5 stars for everything. It looked lovely in the photos but better in person, like it had only just been decorated and refurbed. Our family had 3 of the 4 rooms and it felt like home. Comfortable beds, great showers. A kitchen lounge area was helpful to get together and at least eat some healthy breakfast. We wanted somewhere close to the train, metro and buses (straight run from the airport and straight run into the centre and the Colosseum) - 7 minute walk. Secure door entry system to the building, the apartment and each room) Cleaners came each day too. Location was quiet but 2 decent bars close by and some small shops.

Cons: Breakfast was a voucher for nearby cafe which was lovely - breakfast was a coffee and pastry. As a non coffee drinker, another drink option would have been good. Staff were lovely in there.

Pros: The accommodation was very nice, well-furnished, and clean. The staff were nice and helpful.

Cons: I definitely don’t recommend it to people who need quiet to sleep. There’s a noisy bar with music right below the balcony, open until late at night. Also the rooms are also not soundproof. Breakfast is definitely not what we would typically consider breakfast. I would offer this accommodation without it — a voucher for a croissant and coffee could just be a nice little gesture.

Timeless Roma

Pros: Location was perfect, breakfast in the nearby caffee, a premise's staff - Alessandro, who was kind and very helpful, comfortable bed, tiny balcony, room decor, safety, coffee maker.

Cons: Sound-proof is quite bad, you can clearly hear other guests as if they are in the same room; loud doors' slamming; it would be good to have room cleaned more often (afternoon perhaps); our room was cleaned once during a one-week stay. It's usually in the morning while we preferred to leave the room a little bit later....this didn't create a huge problem, we would stay in the same room again.

Great stay

Pros: This was a great stay, I would definitely recommend it. It is in a close proximity to Tiburtina train and metro station, there are lots of shops, restaurants around. The host was fantastic, very quick to respond and easily available. There is no place to store a luggage after you check out but we asked the host and he recommended a storage company which was very reasonably priced. For breakfast you get a voucher to a nearby cafe, perhaps the only think I would improve is to give the guests an option to order something else to drink instead of coffee for example tea. If you want something else instead of cappuccino or espresso, you need to pay the difference.

Pros: I have never been in such a perfectly arranged and cleaned apartment. The host was also very, very nice and easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back once in Rome.

Great place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Great location: Tiburtina railway/bus/metro station is only a few minutes walk. Easy access to the apartman, 0-24 check in. Brand new suites: nice rooms, comfortable bed and a well equipped shared kitchen. Very clean suites. Alessandro is a great host, very helpful, and responded to every message quickly. The breakfast is in a cafe about 2 minutes from the apartment. Absolutely recommended.

Pros: Camera perfetta , pulita, grande a punto giusto. I colori della Genesi suites trasmettono un ambiente accogliente e fresco. Il bagno in camera tanto carino e dotato di tutto. Stra consigliato! Gentilezza e cortesia alla base di tutto. Punto strategico, a pochi passi da via tiburtina dove si trovano Bar , supermercati, negozi, ecc... insomma servitissimo, e a 10 minuti a piedi ( anche meno) si arriva alla stazione/ metro Tiburtina. Tornerò sicuramente
