A great holiday experience

Pros: It was a nice neighbourhood and quiet setting. The host was very nice, and provided a very welcoming experience. For the Christmas and New Year they provided Panettone and italian sweets.

Pros: Brand new spacius apartment with large bathroom. Spotless clean. Quiet neighbourhood, lot of transport options. Lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Definetly cam reccomend and will book again when in Rome

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! The location is excellent, and the room was very comfortable. One of the highlights was having a private balcony where we could relax with our morning coffee. We were in Rome to celebrate my mom’s birthday and had requested something special to be placed in the room. When we arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet and a box of chocolates waiting for her - it was so thoughtful. The host is incredibly attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and there were nice touches like free coffee, tea, and even bottled water. The bed was very comfy, and the location was super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to Tiburtina station. The highlight was the lovely host, who waited patiently for us even though our evening flight was delayed. Her kindness really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Pros: The hosts are the best ever. First, they allowed me to check in early and check out later than the hours mentioned. The coffee corner they have is a blessing. And you can ask for a refill if you have exams 😅. What really showed me they are nice is that I asked for more drinking water bottles late at night, and they responded immediately. The overall experience was very nice. They are very helpful and willing to help with anything you need. I don't have experience with hotels and prices. But by judging that this was amongst the cheapest guest houses available, it was of a really good quality!

Pros: Very friendly owners and the accommodation is nice and clean. We had bottles of water, tea, and coffee prepared for us. There was everything we needed in the room including towels, a kettle, a hairdryer and even shelves for storing our clothes. There is also an elevator in the building 👍🏼

Beautifully presented

Pros: Accommodation was beautifully decorated, very clean & lovely hostess. She was so attentive, so helpful. Property within walking distance to buses & train. So nice meeting someone when you check in-the human interaction & not just messages-never meeting anyone.
