Rome retreat

Pros: Lovely modern room and facilities in a great location nearby lots of popular places to visit. The host, Fabio, communicated well with us before and throughout our stay and made us very welcome.

Great hotel!

Pros: We had a great stay at this hotel. Communication in advance was very easy and clear, we had passed on our estimated arrival time. We landed a hour earlier than expected, but Fabio was able to meet us earlier. The room itself was great, very spacious room, all facilities available (coffee, water, soap,…) and the airconditioning was a very nice addition. Fabio also went out of his way to explain everything very clearly, helped us find good places to eat, and when we forgot to leave the city tax behind, he helped figure it out afterward. Location was also great, very close to the Vatican, and all other touristy spots. Overall a very nice stay, when we come back to Rome, we’ll definitely stay here.

Cons: Everything was great, so nothing :)

Pros: Fabio was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great as it was close to bars, restaurants and transport. Nice walk to main attractions and the apartment was quiet at night.

Excellent cozy room for Rome and location close to Vatacan

Pros: Fabio was an excellent host—very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The shared kitchen was clean and convenient, and the location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy in the afternoon or evening. We would definitely stay here again. Grazie, Fabio!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. And the location is perfect, easy to walk to Vatican city and walk to the city center. Would consider to book again when going Rome.

Cons: The wifi reception was poor in our room. Mentioned this to the host and he would look into this directly.
