Excellent location in the heart of Prati

Pros: Very central location. All instructions were given to access the apartment and room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Totally worth the price.

Incredible spot & great comfortable stay!

Pros: It was our first time to Rome and with our 6 month old baby. Staff were very responsive and helpful to all our needs prior to stay and during ( shout out to Jessica who was lovely ) Check in process was streamlined and easy instructions. The neighbourhood we chose specifically as it is safe and we felt very safe walking around and the building is very secure. The Piazza where it is located is stunning … we even had a beautiful view outside our room of this. Cleaners tidied our room daily and the one we chose was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and great pressure shower. The common area where you enter had a little kitchenette and dining table you could use. It is walking distance to the Vatican and the city centre just across the bridge. Beautiful cafes and places to eat in Prati. We will be booking this place again for our next Rome visit. Great stay in Rome!

Pros: The location and piazza view from the room was perfect. Central enough to remain connected without sacrificing comfort and quality. The room was very nice too with daily house keeping and comfortable bed, bathroom and storage. The bathroom was big and clean too. Overall a modern room that I definitely recommend and will book again when back in Rome.

Cons: There is a slight mildew smell to the bathroom, but it's no big deal. Nothing to complain about.

Happy enough

Pros: View from the window was as advertised, and the all-digital key process to open doors via website was nifty. The old-style elevator was cool. There are good food spots nearby - Filipino and Italian. Central enough to walk into the city every day.

Cons: There was a strong sewage spell that filled the bathroom from our first use of it on the first day - room 106a. It did not stop smelling over our entire trip. I thought the cleaners might sort it out for us when they tidied our room during the day but they must have ignored it. The walls rooms are very thin.

Lovely Guest house for visitors to Rome

Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with the link at the beginning, but they were able to resolve everything. Very centrally located, we didn't need to use transport to see the main sights. Great view of Piazza Cavur. We would love to book this apartment again.

Cons: A tiny minus point. As the bathroom has no window, there is a slight smell of damp. We always aired it out a little and everything was fine again within 5 minutes.

Pros: - location - comfy bed - big bathroom - nice interior

Cons: - thin walls - pretty noisy - no flexible check-out

4 day stay in Rome

Pros: I liked the location, the cleanliness of the place and the given amendments

Cons: It was not noise-proofed at all - we could hear all of our neighbors. That was the only bad thing about this place.

Great value in a good area

Pros: The location was perfect for me as it was close the attractions I wanted to see as well as quick access to public transport. The area felt safe, the building is located next to a police station and there were a number of restaurants close proximity.

One of the best accomodation in rome!

Pros: I liked the location (it is located near both in Vatican City and in Rome City center), the facilities (with elevator, aircondition, and access card through phone), and how accomodating and understanding the host was. We lost our physical key but the host is very undestanding and did not charge us any penalty.

Cons: There’s just a bad smell coming from the bathroom
